Before washing an item whether it is handwashing or machine, I add some to my wash to give it an extra clean and fresh smell. It's also great to put directly on stains and let it soak in this is a great product. It’s Shout — helps get stains out, but it’s not foolproof. The only thing I found was, fortunately, I spotted that the trigger on the “bonus bottle” was broken on the one I initially picked up. I left it to the side and reported it to one of the employees. Could have been shipping damage or an errant cart that damaged it, but, it reminded me to always check for damages.

I ordered two large containers of Shout Triple-Acting Laundry Stain Remover, the shipping box was way too large allowing the containers to flip around within the box - one container cracked which allowed the contents to leak out, fortunately each container was within a sealed plastic bag containing the liquid. I was able transfer the contents of the leaking container into another container, saving most.

The packaging box was way to big and not enough cushion or packing within so the two large bottles of shout slammed around within the box. When the package finally arrived, two days after promised date, one bottle had a sharp crease in the bottom corner causing a small crack allowing the liquid within to leak out. The crack was small and the bottles were within a plastic bag containing the liquid from spilling into the box. I was able to transfer the remaining contents from the one bottle into another container - just a little inconvenient. Next time, we will not have this delivered and do a pickup at the store.

I was sent a replacement for a damaged shipment, however the replacement arrived even worse. The container opened up inside the box and covered other items in the box, as well as weakening box due to all the liquid that spilled out. It’s unfortunate that this isn’t sold in the warehouse any longer.
