I ordered Shout via Sam’s club online. When I did not receive my order I went online to check the delivery status and found out the delivery truck had been out to deliver in my area and for some reason left the area and return to Fontana,Ca. I then called the delivery company and the person I talked to put me on hold to check the delivery and then I was disconnected when I called back someone else took my call and suggested I cancel the order and reorder. I then called Sam’s Club in Ontario and the customer service staff said she could not help me because the order was through the Riverside Sam’s club and I should call the delivery service!! I then went online and and canceled the 1st order and reordered the Shout. However I just discovered the payment I paid on my first order has not been refunded! I will have to file a dispute with my bank. The second order was delivered on time by FedEx.

I can not do laundry without my Shout Triple-Acting Laundry Stain Remover. It is easy to use and miracle stain removal. 😉 With a Texas summer and sweat, it is very convenient to remove stains on collar shirt all colors. The value price of the two bottles is amazing. I highly recommend this product. 👌
