Just purchased another set of these tires. Was told I still had mileage on them even though I had over 98000 miles on them. Rotated them every 25-30000 miles and they wore evenly. I will get another set of 4 when these run out. I have always had Michelin tires on my trucks and suburban. I would recommend these tires to anyone who wants to feel safe when they are driving and wants to get long lasting tires.

I've been driving Ford E250's since 1990. After wearing out the factory installed tires at 40,000 Km. I put on new Michelin LT235/85R16 (120/116R). I have Michelin on all my trucks and cars.These tires have stood the test of time, through heavy loads and heavy towing, winter and summer. Vehicles handle incredible. Now at 400 000 km on my 2009 E250 the tires need replacing. After requesting the LT235/85R16 (120/116R) from my tire guy who I have always dealt with. He notified me that these tires are no longer available from Michelin. He recommended the Hankook Dyna Pro RH12 LT235/85R16. I was not impressed. I know I will not be satisfied with the performance or short life of these tires. I like and want Michelin. Please let me know. Are Michelin LT235/85R16 really not available? I purchased these for my 2009 1500 Silverado and really likes the look of them but am not that impressed with the wear life. I put these on last year and have about 30K miles on them and they are already needing replacement. I do some off roading in the fall for hunting and but 90% of my driving is on the highway going to and from work. They seem to handle alright but they seem to wear out way to fast. With winter coming soon I know I will be needing to replace them before snow fall.

Best truck tire for all around use that I have ever had. They lasted a little over 80,000 miles on my 2007 Chevrolet 2500 Classic Crew Cab 4x4 Diesel that weighs around 7,300 lbs. About half of those miles were pulling a 14,000 trailer and I live in place where the ambient temperature is over 100 degree's 8-9 months of the year. I also never had a Michelin LTX AT2 go flat or fail. The LTX AT2 is a quiet, comfortable ride, and outstanding traction tire. They also always felt stable even when pulling a trailer. A good comparison for the mileage these tires lasted, the tires that came on the truck from the GM factory only lasted 35,000 miles. I sold a friend on Michelin tires by betting him that my truck would reverse out of a driveway that was snow covered and had a moderate incline. He said, better hit the 4x4 button, and I said don't need to, these tires are awesome. My truck backed right out of the driveway and he was sold. These tires were great every mile drove and the only things I had to do for them was maintain the correct tire pressure and rotate them. Even though they are on the more expensive side, I believe they are worth every penny.

This is an outstanding tire. While Michelin warranties them for 60,000 miles, I got 70,000 out of my first set. Traction definitely declined the last 10,000 miles, but for most of this tire's useful life, the traction was pretty good. I just returned from a fishing trip to the Outer Banks of North Carolina where I did a lot of driving in deep, soft, sugary sand. I never got stuck, but if you drive on sand, make sure you deflate your tires to between 15 and 18 psi. And drive slow. I'm about to buy my 4th set for my Tacoma, that should tell you how much confidence I have in this tire.

I have always used Michelin as my replacement tire on all my vehicles for at least 20 years. The last set I put on my 2007 F150 lasted over 90,000 miles. This set on my 2013 is almost worn out at 42,000 miles. I dont undertsand it?? Tires rotated at each oil change (5,000)

These tires perform in all types of roadway conditions and do so while delivering excellent fuel economy and unsurpassed comfort. The tires are quiet with no road noise which is important on longer trips. I was concerned the tread would make noise before the purchase, but I can assure you they are very quiet.

I bought these tires (LT/AT) for my Explorer March of 2000 and have put on 51,860 miles on them and the tread is still good for another 10,000 miles, But as they are 10 years old,(I live in Colorado and the environment out here is dry and sunny) They have had a Great life but are drying out and cracking. I kept the pressure and rotated them as was necessary and of course aligned and balanced. I was not overly protective of these tires, I actually was somewhat hard on them on jeep trails and rough roads but they took the beating and came back for more. I would definitely recommend Michelins' for my family and friends as this set has more than performed on my Explorer. The ride was great and they handled quite well on icy/wet roads.

The a/t version of the LTX truck tire provides a surprisingly smooth, comfortable pavement ride with excellent dry and wet pavement handling and braking performance. I did not notice a significant decrease in fuel mileage or ride comfort from my previous tires, the LTX m/s, as might be expected. The a/t doesn't provide as aggressive an off-road tread as some competitors, and provides an excellent compromise between on-road civility and off-road traction for those who occasionally take their truck onto pastures and slippery, muddy forest service roads. My 'E' rated version provides plenty of capacity for towing and load on a heavy duty pickup or SUV. A fine tire so far, which appears to justify the price premium for this quality truck tire.

Use these tires on my wife's SUV. The tires handle and grip the road in all weather conditions. They have worn evenly for me although I check the air pressure on a consistent basis which is a must. Very pleased with the tires and will purchase again. I have not encountered anything negative with the tires.
