Best value

ThIs tire came highly recommended by a good friend at a large tire shop. While this is not the quietest tire I have ever purchased it is still VERY quiet for the incredible aggressive off road design. I have been advised that they are a very high mileage tire and expect it to continue to be great!

So Far Very Good

I just purchased 4 new LTX A/2 and form the first day I could tell the difference and how they gripped the road. On weekends we drive on gravel (3 miles) and on a terrible road for about (1/4 mile). I also have to go up a very steep 10% incline gravel driveway. What a difference, I can't wait for the snow. Oh they do drop the gravel on the highway so I did hear some strange noise but then it was fine.

Exceptional tires! On my ...

Exceptional tires! On my 2003 Ram I have put over 100,000 miles on each set and I am now on my fourth set and have 340,000 miles on my Ram 3500 SRW. These tires ride grest and wear evenly. I have had one flat tire in all of these miles, having ran over a nail sticking up out of a wooden bridge. I would and will never run any other tire on my truck.

Newer Michelins get even better mileage

I just replaced my first set of Michelins with an even better riding, better mileage producing tire than the originals. You can't beat the ride, AND now I even see improvement in the MPGs too. Michelins just keep getting better. For a 12 year old SUV you would think it was brand new by the ride.

Great Highway Tire, Decent Off-Pavement

We replaced the stock tires on our 2017 Ram 2500 4x4 Diesel with a set of these at about 38k miles. The Transforces were nearly bald. We started a year long journey travel nursing. We pulled a 9k lb bumper pull camper & had the camper shell & truck loaded full every time we moved. Overall, we pulled the camper about 10k miles, cross country. The tires performed well enough to get the camper into slick spots in the Redwood forests. We pulled the camper through some snow over the Rockies into Montana. While not moving campsites, we did plenty of road trips, ended up in sand & snow, & put a lot of dirt road miles on them. While not a true off-road tire, driven carefully, we got in & out of lots of places that really should have had a more capable vehicle. We are nearing the end of their life with 94k miles on the truck. They should hold true to their 60k mile warranty, plus 5k or so more. I always recommend these for highway/commuter trucks. They've been wearing good, rotating & balancing about every 15k miles. People are impressed when I tell them we are close to 60k miles on them with such a heavy truck. I only wish that Michelin made a commercial, true all-terrain. Being back home, the truck will spend more time in the fields & woods, while seeing a bit of commuting & towing. I need something a bit more aggressive. That being said, I chose the right tire for the job & we are happy.

EXCELLENT TIRE

I'm driving a Chevy Silverado 2500HD crew cab truck. Just over three years and hit 60000 miles. I have another 3/32" before hitting the wear bar. I'm looking at 70000 miles plus on these tires 265 70R 18 E before replacing. They performed here in New England in the snow and ice as well as off trail in some Western states. Exceeding warranty and listed performance on these tires. P.S. I've had Michelins and various other tires on previous truck types and hands down Michelin outperforms and outlasts them all.

Michelin - Best Tires I have owned!

I got these tires for my Dodge Ram last month. Over the past month, we have had a lot of rain. The water collects in the roadway I take to work. These tires cut right through the water without my truck being pulled around. I was very impressed with how it handles on wet roadways. This was my 2nd set of Michelins I have ever purchased and I plan on buying nothing else but Michelins moving forward!

Wears Great

I bought these tires a few years ago and they wore like iron. Really good in the snow at first, but after about 50000 miles they weren't as good as when new. Not much road noise but they had even wear. The only thing that I wished that these tires had was more deep siping for winter time driving. I replaced them with another brand after 60000 and could have gone another 10000 easy. But with winter coming on (and it was a doozy!) I decided to try another brand.

LTX AT

When the factory tires need to be replaced all our car's and trucks get Michelin tires. They range from an S10 Blazer to a Sliverado 3500 HD and they all run on the LTX A/T tires. I bought my first set in 1987 and won't buy any other brand. They last a lot of miles on the highway and off road. Out of 10 sets I only have had one flat tire, thats because it was time to replace them anyway. On one pickup, with the factory tires, every time I went down the country road I had a flat. They only had 5,000 miles on them. I put on new LTX A/T's on and never had any more flats.
