Purchased the set for my 1994 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4. Awesome Tires! They are a little noisy, but it does not bother me. I recommended them to my father for his 2006 GMC Sierra 3/4 ton and he like them so much he purchased a set! I will continue to recommend to everyone I can!

On 2/1/14 my husband and I were involved in an accident with a semi. We had Michelin LTX AT2 10ply tires on our truck. They were about 3 years old. We skidded with the trailer for some distance. The front passenger tire was destoyed. We believe it was caught between his fender and tire of the semi. There was appoximately a 6 inch cut it the sidewall of the back one, but it was still holding air. You could smell the hot rubber. God was with us that day, as neither of us, had a scratch. I worked for site work/highway work construction company. I had to drive over 30,000 miles a year over the road and off road. This tire performed well on the highway as well as off the highway. This tire handled well in all weather conditions, too. I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, rotated the tires as close to every 3,000 miles as I could, and they lasted 96,000 miles. My driving demands have changed with a new job, so I replaced with LTX MS2 due to more highway than off road use. Otherwise I would have stayed with the AT2.

I have found thru the years that Michelin tires are the best. I have had other brands that didn't last as stated. So now I will only put Michelin tires on my automobiles. This also is the brand I have on my Class A motorhome.The tires give me a great ride and improves my gas mileage. The tires last and wear well.

The OEM tires on my 08 Ford Expedition EL while quiet and comfortable riding were not very durable and had several failures which cused me to replace them with the LTX A/T2. What a superior tire! I installed the "E" series tire on the Expedition EL and its performance has been flawless. The ride is a little stiffer but the traction, braking and cornerning are great in all conditions. Even on wet roads after extended periods of drought. The wear, I can't even begin to describe my pleasure. With 70,000 miles on my LTX A/T2's I have 8/32" tread still indicated by my installers just last week when they were rotated. These have been great on this large and heavy SUV. Two thumbs up and five stars from me.

I run these tires on a 2012 F350 4 door FX4. I pull a lot of trailers and i spend a good bit of time off road. The tires do ok in the mud being they are a AT tire they seem to do better in the sand then mud. But I have 35,000 miles on them and they need to be replaced. I am not sure if its due to the loads i pull or what. Ovall they seem to be a good AT tire

Installed LT285/70R17 AT2's on my 1998 Ford Expedition 4x4 in August 2008 and it is now October 2012 have 123,500 miles on these tires. Ihave rotated these tires every 1500 miles and check air pressure every morning for I leave out to go to jobsite. I have about 10,000 miles left of tread wear, will definetly be installing second set soon. Top #1 tire on the market, excellent ride, way to go Michelin.

i have a 99 ran 2500 diesel 4x4 got these tire do to being talked they will last long. but thats not true at all i have less then 20k on these tires and they need to be repalced. point is if you have a truck and pull with it these tires are too soft and will not last long at all

This is the second set of these tires I've purchased. The only reason I bought them is because I bought a new set of wheels one inch larger. The first set of tires has 48,000 miles on them and they are worn less than 25%. There is still 75% left to go! They handle in the rain better than any tire I've owned. Snow traction is unbelievable. I can leave everyone at the stoplight, spinning their tires in the snow. Wear pattern straight and even. I say buy these tires. You will not be disappointed!

To date, I am extremely pleased with the performance of the Michelin tire. After some unpleasant experiences with other brands, I was pleasantly surprised with the ride and actual braking advantages the Michelin tire offered. The final test shall be in the wear of the tread.
