Member's Mark USDA Prime Beef Strip Steak, priced per pound

Kinda tough for prime meat! Cooked medium rare and was fairly chewey! Flavor was good but probably won’t buy again

The steaks are good but feel the price is a bit high per pound.I would buy more steak if it was &13 to 14 per pound.

A slab of fat. Horrible. Waited for these to be back in stock. Paid top dollar and get a slab of fat. Butcher knew this and packaged anyway!  This club either is out of stock or sells second rate product. Cancellation in sight. Not worth the membership any longer, get no benefit.

Horrible cut

We are again disappointed with the quality of the meat. Especially after choosing to try prime cuts. The meat was tough to chew. Years ago, we were always able to count on Sam's for juicy, tender steaks, and that was by buying choice cuts. We have been disappointed for several years.

Where's the beef quality?

For the very first time the quality of the steaks was not up to par.  I purchase their Prime Steak often and this time it was very chewy, stingy and gristly.

Meat not meeting expectation

Prime—other groceries don't carry. If other groceries in the area carry prime meat it is unbelievably expensive and somehow just not as good. Sam's meat is as good as the upscale butchers in the area. Great value, it's priced below what other groceries charge when they have really great sales.
