Wow! These steaks were super tender! I liked the thicker cut too. Nice treat for Mother’s Day.

Steaks were great. Cooked them in the sous vide and browned them on the grill. Very tender.

This steak is supposed to be prime but is tough like a less than prime cut. I cook a lot of steak did not over cook it.

Loved this steak it was tender, juicy and great tasting. This will be my go to steak. Don't buy it often but when I do I like to get a good one!

One Steak was good, marbled very well and the other was not with thick hard fat grain and just not the quality I think I should of received for prime

The steaks were ok however I did not buy PRIME. I assume they were Choice. I used one for stir fry like fajitas. Excellent.
