Very good flavor and marbling. Was not the tenderest strip steak I have had. fairly priced, good value.

The steaks were ok however I did not buy PRIME. I assume they were Choice. I used one for stir fry like fajitas. Excellent.

This steak is supposed to be prime but is tough like a less than prime cut. I cook a lot of steak did not over cook it.

Picked up the steaks for Father’s Day. Decided to go prime for a change. They were tender and flavorful and well worth it.

Go to steaks. Always well marbled, juice and tender. Such a treat. Plus we only need to purchase 2 steaks, which is just right for our household

The steaks are good but feel the price is a bit high per pound.I would buy more steak if it was &13 to 14 per pound.

It says it’s Prime not choice, and it surely does taste like prime! Prices killer for this quality of a sirloin.

We’ve been grilling and enjoying these prime steaks for months now and they are super good. Very tender.

I was terribly disappointed with these steaks. They did not have a good taste and were tough although they were cooked to a proper med rare.
