Awful. Tough. Hard to cut and difficult to chew. Was supposed to be Prime. Grilled it medium and could not eat it. Will never buy steak here again.

We switched to Member's Mark prime beef about a year ago and really love the meat. So tender and the flavor is outstanding. Of course is costs more but it is worth the cost... we love it and it's so much better than even "choice", we enjoy "prime" and will keep choosing it over all others!

What I thought was fat on the outside was tough, chewy gristle instead.

Worth the price, for now.
