Where's the BEEF?!

I found the other low ratings and descriptions of the product to be in line with my own experience. I'd like to add that I taste zero seasoning in these "seasoned" "ground beef" discs. I tried cooking these pucks at least three different ways and they tasted no bueno time after time. I even tried putting my own seasonings and sauces onto these coasters, yet they always seemed to REPEL anything I added! What the heck? Also, why do these become oblong shaped after cooking? Not a big deal compared to the lack of taste, but still weird...

Good value for the money

These burgers do have a good flavor. Careful grilling them especially on a propane grill as it states they are 75/25 so u will have a lot of grease and flare up's even using charcoal. About the only thing making me think twice about buying these again is the fact that the meat is imported :( Come on Sam's club support the US farmer's and ranchers!

Great Burgers for a Crowd!

Bought these for a grill out occasion for our office and they were great. The price could not be beat and they were a higher quality product than I was expecting for the price we paid! I will definitely be using these burgers again for work functions as well as our summer gatherings and tailgates!

Great burgers for the grill

We cooked and sold these burgers at our "Burger Burn" that we held at our local club to benefit our nonprofit, and they were excellent. We cooked them on a gas grill and kept them warm in some beef broth. The customers who bought them said they were very juicy and tasty. Some even came back for a second burger!

Great for large gatherings

Bought these as an inexpensive meal to cookout for a birthday party. They were surprisingly tasty, and you can't beat the price and convenience! They are pre-seasoned, so we didn't add anything. Just throw on the grill. They were a big hit, and definitely good enough to serve at home too.

not bad, for price & quanity

This is the first box we've purchased. For the price & the quanity, it's a good deal. Especially if your grilling them. Yes, it has quite a bit of grease, but my husband says, when the flames shoot up from the grease, usually the burgers will turn out good. I do add some McCormick seasoning salt. The patties are not very thick but you can always double, if you choose. Will we buy these again? Yes. Will I continue to try others also? Yes. But so far thes are good for grill cooking. I have cooked on stove top and in oven. Taste is good. As with all meats we cook, we let the meat rest or set for few minutes. I usually use a bowl with lid. Steam drips to make juices to pour over if you choose.

Great Value, 5th time buying

I have cooked these frozen patties in a skillet, a griddle, charcoal firepit, and baking them in the oven, all they need is a little salt and pepper and lots of flipping. Baking them got me the most flavor out of them but took way too long, it took 8 patties for an hour at 425 F flipping and draining the grease every 10 minutes or so. (well done on the outside and super chewy on the inside, like a good meatloaf) The griddle and skillet taste the same pretty much and are very fast to cook on medium-high heat. I overcooked them over a fire pit once, but ketchup fixed that. (That was my bad for not flipping enough) Great for parties and just sticking them in your freezer for a month and grabbing a few as you go for easy quick meals. Do not eat plain, unless you like unseasoned burger meat. (Only did that once cause I thought it was already seasoned)

Great flavor

I got an e-mail from Sam's Club recommending these burgers. I thought it'd be something nice to have for a quick summertime meal. My husband was a little reluctant because he's tried pre-formed patties in the past and they were flavorless and dry...these were not! We were both pleasantly surprised about how great the flavor was. And, not only were they flavorful, but they were also tender and moist. I will definitely buy these again and again as well as recommend them to my friends!!
