I have these shorts in grey, they are a great hiking short! Liked them so much I ordered a second pair. I was disappointed that they are pretty much larger than my first pair. Ordered the same size. I looked at the tags and noticed they are made in two different countries. I will be exchanging them for a size that fits. They are a great comfortable hiking short, lots of good color choices as well.

I purchased two pair of these in different colors. I needed to go one inch more in the waist than my normal size. I was puzzled that one pair had Velcro back pockets and the other didn't. I wasn't too concerned and kept both. These shorts are stylish and comfortable. They are a little longer. They cover most of my knee. I'm 6 feet tall. I like these shorts. Much better than cotton!

These shorts look great and wear great. In my experience the EB shorts run a little small and tops (shirts, tees, polos, sweaters etc.) run big. I'm 6'3" and 195 and the 36 with a belt work fine. These are very well constructed, breathe well, and can be worn casual, on hikes, or with a polo.

I've owned the Guide Pro shorts for a number of years, but wanted a pair that was a little more casual without sacrificing the great stretch and performance of my Guide Pro's. The Horizon Guide shorts were the logical choice as they lack the cargo-zip pockets while still maintaining the same nylon and spandex blend. The fit is excellent (I did size down a couple inches from my regular waist size since the shorts have a good deal of stretch in the waist). The Horizon Guide's sit a few inches above my knees and look great. As much as I loved my Guide Pro shorts, these Horizon Guide shorts have taken the top spot on my list. If only they made these in all the same color options as the Guide Pro's!

Eddie Bauer is one of the few stores that I can get my actual waist size and still fit into the legs of the clothes (ESPECIALLY the jeans!). These shorts fit me really well and hit just above the knee (I'm 5'9"ish), and are great for the heat. I take summer classes and have to walk across campus in the heat in these and I can't think of a more comfortable option besides linen. I highly recommend for traveling and commuting.

I love these shorts and have them in 3 colors. Stay looking good thru various activities and good inseam length for shorter guys.

Great shorts for the traveler. Packs and wears extremely well. The fabric is very flexible and water resistant.

I selected the 34 Tall and the waist fits absolutely perfect and the tall cut goes to the top of my knees which is where I like my shorts to fit.

These are great shorts to throw in a bag for summer trips. They're lightweight, but not super thin like some Columbia and North Face materials. They have good leg openings (not too big or small) and are the right length for someone 6'5".

I work for the USPS and sweat all day, these are the shorts you need if you want to stay dry and presentable. i can imagine doing water sports in these and walking away dry as well. Great stuff!
