Used twice and stopped working. Returned it yesterday.

Lots of plastic parts. It works fine. We'll just have to see if it holds up over the next couple of years

I would not recommend it to anyone. Connecting and disconnecting the hose is so difficult that you’d have to use a pipe wrench to take it on and off.

Used 3 times over 4 months. I have had several things broken off including one of the wheels. Cheap plastic parts are brittle and break easy. Not the quality I would expect from Sam’s.

I bought this hoping it'd be great. The hose started leaking where it attaches to the gun about two hours after using it, definitely returning. It's also not very powerful for what it's rated.

15 months old, occasional car washing, very light use and now it just quits while using it. Plastic screw on fittings are very hard to use and the foam gun is useless. Another cheap throw away product.

I used this pressure washer twice and the pressure hose burst. I’m having a difficult time finding the pressure hose replacement. Would not purchase again.

My wife is an animal rescue volunteer, she has 2 of these and they are powerful enough to clean up her kennels and light enough to make it easy for her to handle.

Did not work well because the pressure is so low. Fittings not tight so water leaked all over. A pressure fitting on a hose is better. Stopped working altogether after about the fifth use. Into the garbage!

Spent 3 hours putting this together, then trouble shooting because it did not work. Tried everything. Returned to store and was told “there’s something wrong with these, this is the 5th one that’s been returned.” Total waste of time and money!
