This is probably my favorite flavor of Tillamook. I haven't found a Tillamook product that I don't like. In fact when I cook if I can get Tillamook I'll get their cheese I'll get there butter all of their products are amazing I went to a Vocational High School my senior year of high school and qualities always a big deal when I'm cooking. Tillamook gives me that quality that I want without feeling like I'm spending too much. Definitely give it a try if you can get it.

I am a cheese lover. Always keep a wide variety of cheese in my home and this is top of the list. Tillamook is a local company and it is important to me to support them as well. Their cheese is TBE BEST. If you are ever near the Northern Oregon Coast, make a trip to the factory/museum/eatery. It is so worth it!

I love cheese the way that the Chicago Cubs love losing. I love cheese the way that 12 year olds love memes. All cheeses deserve a place in my fridge, but tillamook deserves it more than any other. This is, simply put, the best cheese I have ever eaten, and the best cheese you will ever have the good fortune to buy. Love yourself, like the way you love beyonce, buy this cheese.

My favorite cheese. The texture and creaminess of Tillamook do not compare to other brands, it is far superior! The flavor is so sharp and delicious as well. A little bit pricier than other brands but well worth it! Definitely recommend. Super quick protein boost!

Tillamook knows their dairy so well! All of their cheese is great, but this sharp cheddar has so many pleasant and rich notes with the right amount of bite and tang from an aged and sharp cheese, with a hint of acidity and a creamy mouth feel, I highly recommend!

At this time, this is the only type of cheese brand we enjoy... we prefer the bar but will get the thin slices as well. It isn’t as processed as other popular cheese brands and a little on the pricier side but SO WORTH IT for both flavor and your palate. I may add it has basic ingredients and not a whole paragraph on the ingredients list. Highly recommend trying ANY of the Tillamook cheeses and even their yogurts!

Omg. This cheese is amazing. The flavor is fantastic. I recommend it to anyone who.loves cheese. We have used it in everything that calls for cheese. Tillamook is a cheese master and this is their crown jewel. We get it in their biggest block and savor it as much as possible but once it is opened, it's fair game. I cant give this cheese enough stars.. it is so good. If you haven't tried it..it is a must try, despite the price tag.

This is the best cheddar! The best! I have recently started using my food processor to grate my own cheese instead of buying the bagged kind. This cheese is so good, so sharp. It makes my all time favorite grilled cheese. And, as an Oregonian, I have pride in this cheese which is made in my state!

I love anything Tillamook so this little snack bar was a nice addition. They are a little pricey tho, especially when you can just slice up a big block. If convenience is more important then cost and you're a cheese lover I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

This cheese is very flavorful. I love all types of cheese but this one in particular hit the right spot. Perfect to pair with a quesadilla or an omelet or a grilled cheese sandwich. Can't get enough of this cheese. I make sure it's always stocked with it af home it's easy to work with.
