Best sharp cheddar cheese out there

I grew up on Tillamook. The extra sharp is so flavorful. I leave it in block form and just grate off what I need.

Extra sharp cheddar is the best. As we age our taste buds diminish. Extra sharp cheddar is necessary for taste.
