Loved this, flavor is great have always enjoyed Tillamook products and this is no exception. Texture is smooth and the extra sharpness is great.

My husband tells me this is the best extra sharp cheese I ever buy.  I can only get it at Sam's around here.

I usually love this cheese. It’s my favorite. But, this block has no flavor, it’s too wet. I don’t think it was aged at all.  It’s more like a cheap imitation. Very disappointed.

I'm a stickler for cheeses. I was given this once at a party and I can no longer eat mild cheddar. This and normal sharp are going to make you melt and go to cheese heaven. It does melt very well, no difference. Its a bit stronger flavored but not like a blue cheese. Pairs superb with "board" items. This can also be brand specific! This is by far the top brand for best flowers ever!

You will never go mild or off brand again.
