All 4 new tires I got the air pressure were all off when I drove off had to air up my tires myself to the correct air pressure and three of my tire screw caps were missing apparently it was vacuumed up. Went back to Sam's Club to address my problem, but the manager Meredith said it was one of those things that happen didn't do nothing about it.

Great tires so far! They are quiet with a soft ride and handle well. The tread life is rated great and they are low rolling resistance for my hybrid. I've had Pirelli's on my other car for years and they are great. Sam's Club did a great job on mounting and especially the balance. I'm picky and I hate any kind of vibration at highway speeds and they got it spot on. So far very satisfied, the price was great especially with the rebate. 2020 Lexus ES 300h.

Madison Heights SAM'S Club does great work on tires and batteries. I've purchased a few sets of tires here and the workmanship and products have been excellent. The Perelli tires are a great all season performance tire. The seem to be more durable than some of the other big name brand tires.

Went on a trip the next day, got to say I could immediately see the difference. It was a great comfortable quiet ride. I felt so much more secure with these new tires.

Those new tires allow our old Hyundai to give us a smooth ride. These new tires will allow us to go places without worry of down time. The price was right plus Sam's will rotate and balance at any club anywhere.

The Pirelli tires I got from Sam's are wonderful! Can already tell a huge difference especially on wet roads. Fair price, good service at Sams. Very nice! Highly recommend.

After a quote from the Subaru dealer for 4 new tires, I drove across the road ( literally, they're that close) to Sam's and purchased 4 Pirelli tires with installation and warranty for about 30% less.

3000 miles on it no issues Handel's great in what conditions. Excellent and are breaking conditions and cornering. Overall it's a great tire and I will buy it again

I ordered tires from Sam's club because they were significantly cheaper than other places. I paid up front since they were not at the club. I was told 5-7 business days they'd be in and they'd call me for install. At 10 business days I hadn't heard anything so I called the club. That's when I realized that NO ONE at the club, not deli, front desk, optical, liquor, bakery, or TIRE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. The tire option sends you to a call center somewhere in Honduras. They tell me the tires have not arrived yet so let's call the manufacture and see why. No answer there either. Okay, let's call the club. Guess what no one will answer for them either. This happened on THREE occasions. I also repeatedly tried calling the club. I got Pharmacy to answer and give me a separate number to Optical which was right next to tire, maybe they'd walk over and tell him to answer. Even this separate number...NO ONE ANSWERED. I finally called back to the off site tire call center and they tell me yes, the store has had them since 5 days ago! I guess they didn't wonder if the person who's already paid for these would like a phone call to get them installed. That was the last straw for me. I cancelled the order now waiting for the refund to post. All I can say is....seriously!! They will hear from me the next time I'm in the store.
