Excellent service. I was able to get in the day after I called for an appointment to buy/install new tires. Impressed by the detailed review of warranty and benefits offered by Sam’s Club. My cars dealership never gave me that much information

I ordered tires from Sam's club because they were significantly cheaper than other places. I paid up front since they were not at the club. I was told 5-7 business days they'd be in and they'd call me for install. At 10 business days I hadn't heard anything so I called the club. That's when I realized that NO ONE at the club, not deli, front desk, optical, liquor, bakery, or TIRE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. The tire option sends you to a call center somewhere in Honduras. They tell me the tires have not arrived yet so let's call the manufacture and see why. No answer there either. Okay, let's call the club. Guess what no one will answer for them either. This happened on THREE occasions. I also repeatedly tried calling the club. I got Pharmacy to answer and give me a separate number to Optical which was right next to tire, maybe they'd walk over and tell him to answer. Even this separate number...NO ONE ANSWERED. I finally called back to the off site tire call center and they tell me yes, the store has had them since 5 days ago! I guess they didn't wonder if the person who's already paid for these would like a phone call to get them installed. That was the last straw for me. I cancelled the order now waiting for the refund to post. All I can say is....seriously!! They will hear from me the next time I'm in the store.
