[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I know there must be another laundry detergent meant for newborns, but you won't find another like this. I started using it to wash all my baby's clothes before he was born and the experience was great, the clothes were clean, soft and with a subtle fragrance, I can say that he did a good job. I love the scent of Dreft. My baby is now 8 months old but I still use this detergent because we definitely recommend it for newborn clothes. It smells so good! When I first sent it to my baby's first batch of new clothes, my husband asked if we could use it on our clothes too and I think that's a fantastic idea. This is the only liquid detergent that I will use for my baby for a long time. I don't even need a fabric softener with this. It is very gentle on the skin. This liquid detergent soap for babies is good and, above all, very safe to use since its components are not aggressive. It has a light aroma that leaves clothes smelling heavenly! The clothes come out super soft and it's almost as if it were its own fabric softener... in short, it's a high-quality, very effective and safe detergent, which is why I have nothing negative to say about it.

I tried what I thought was the best detergent and it ended up causing my baby to break out. I wanted something that I know will make his clothes clean but also be safe for his skin. I received a free sample of Dreft and thought of giving it a try. What caught my eye from the very beginning was the fact that the product claimed to be hypoallergenic. I opened the detergent packet and was instantly mesmerized by the soothing smell. It smelled fresh, clean, and powdery like a baby! After the first wash my son’s clothes instantly felt so much softer and smelled amazing and he didn’t break out! This product is perfect for keeping my baby’s clothes clean and soft for his comfort and safe for his sensitive skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the “original” Dreft; so, I was incredibly excited to try the unscented version. This is incredibly gentle, as it does not bother anyone’s skin; yet, it gets out the harshest of stains. With other detergents, some of my children have had reactions- but, this is not the case with Dreft. Our clothes feel soft and fresh after washing them, while the color of the garments stays fresh, as well. While I do miss the lovely scent of the “original” Dreft, this performs just as well!

My mother recommended Dreft to me when I was pregnant with my boys, as it’s what she used when we were babies.I don’t recall ever smelling the previous scent however I love the current product. I have two boys and it gets the stains out very well, the clothes are always soft and looking new, smells great, and doesn’t fade. It’s a quality product and if you don’t like the scent or just prefer not to have one, they do have an Odorless version. I like the product so much that I have since expanded to using the wipes and the all purpose cleaner (which is so much nicer than the chemical smelling ones from the store!) And now that I know that there is a family detergent will probably switch to that as well! Absolutely love dreft products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Draft is the go to for sensitive newborn skin. I dont trust anything for the first little while. The delicate light scent is wonderful . I have used dreft for all my babies and will use it for all my grand babies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dreft Family Friendly is unscented- I do smell a fragrance. I do like that it is great for someone that has sensitive skin issues. I can do a load for the whole family without having to wash my sons clothes separately now. That is a time and money saver! I would recommend Dreft Family Friendly laundry detergent.

I have very very sensitive skin. Detergent is where I start my self care routine because I'm allergic to so many detergents that I am strategic about what I use. Dreftbis what I used for my babies when they were younger. Now grown up teens who are working on moving out. I'm still using Dreft on our laundry. I can wash anything in it. I don't have to worry about breaking out into hives or a rash or anything. I can wash all of my clothes from underwear to jeans in it-that's very convenient. I usually wash towels with a little fabric softener once a month and wash my underwear in a scent free detergent. Dreft takes care of all of the laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Dreft Stage 1 Liquid Detergent washing my grand son's clothes, blankets and bibs.clothes came out clean and smelled nice.however its too expensive $15 for the detergent.Its cheaper to buy other detergents thats unscented or free from dyes.

I was given product to try, but all opinions are my own.** I have always used Dreft for my newborns (I have had four!), but really missed it when they got older. I would sometimes use it and feel slightly guilty for washing my older kids' clothes in baby detergent (which is silly!). I love that they've expanded their line to older kids with different stain needs. The detergent is fantastic and the smell is awesome. No more guilt over using it!
