[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Dreft - Dreft Stage 1: Newborn Liquid Detergent on my daughter's clothing for a few week's now. So far it has worked great! It has a soft and not overwhelming scent . I haven't had any stains on her clothes since using it from spit up or diaper messes. I also love how soft it makes her clothing and blankets!

I started using draft many, many, years ago when my dermatologist recommended it for my eczema. I have always loved the baby fresh scent. When my husband brought home the new bottle I blamed him for not getting the newborn bottle. He then brought home the newborn bottle. So disappointed that it smelled exactly the same. I started reading other peoples reviews and realized draft made the change. Will not buy again unless they change it back. Have no desire to try combinations of product as it is not affordable. Really, really, disappointed. Might as well be any other detergent.

It performs well getting all of the soil and food stains out of my active toddlers clothes. It’s free of dyes but it does have a strong scent to it. Smells very close to Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo. I use the free and clear detergents for myself but enjoy the baby scent on my little boy, he’s growing up so fast!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is fourteen months old today, but I am obviously very aware of the Dreft brand and how many moms choose to use it for their newborns' laundry, so I wanted to try it to see if it was better than my current detergent. Was there any benefit to using Dreft? I'll keep it short and sweet... Dreft Newborn left Hunter's clothes just as clean as any other detergent I've used, plus there was a light fresh scent that I really love. It wasn't an overpowering perfume or any kind of added scent, it just smelled like clean baby. Oh clean baby! The best scent in the world... if your'e a mom. Five stars to Dreft Newborn, I actually do recommend this for expecting moms who are excited and nesting by washing everything in sight. You won't regret it. One thing I noticed is that there is also a detergent made specifically for an "Active Baby." Genius! Older babies get a lot more dirty with different substances than newborns. Newborns get covered in bodily fluids, but older babies have that plus food, plus dust they pick up from the floor (no matter how many times you sweep!) plus... God, what is that on your pants, buddy? I'm seriously considering buying some of that "Active Baby" magic in a bottle since my experience was the Dreft Newborn was so positive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best detergent for babies and sensitive skin kids. It has a light fragrance.Works great if you have a stains from the baby milk. I just let it soak for a little while and then wash as usual and the stains came out.

Good quality for the price. I wish the ingredients were cleaner and it had more stain lifting power but it worked pretty well for stains other than from formula. Gentle on baby's sensitive skin and rinsed clean in cold water. I would use it again if I had it.
