I love Dreft and as mentioned above - I have used it for all my laundry for almost 42 years. I have to admit however, that last year I lost my job and due to its high price, I can no longer afford to purchase it... It breaks my heart as my children and grandchildren always comment on how good my towels and sheets smell! In fact, they think Dreft smells like grandma's house! I sure wish I could still afford it...

First, it is recommended by pediatricians which reassured that I was making a good choice. The Dreft has never caused a reaction from my son (which is nice because some of the products I have worn or used on my clothes have caused a reaction). I wash his laundry in Dreft and cold water and the clothes always come out clean! If it's a really bad stain I may add stain remover but for the most part it's not needed because the Dreft cleans the clothes thoroughly! Also, it smells good (it's not perfumed but it has a clean, natural scent). I would recommend Dreft to any new parent, it's safe and effective!

Second, it really works - it is tough on the constant stains my child accumulates on her clothes throughout the day. The light but effective scent is also great too - my clothes smell so fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally LOVE Dreft. It’s all I’ve ever used with both of my babies. It smells amazing and it’s gentle on their sensitive skin. My 1 Month old has really sensitive skin and everything makes him breakout. We use Dreft on everything in our home. Including our own clothes so we don’t irritate his skin while holding him! We’ll continue to use Dreft for as long as we have little ones!

There is nothing like Dreft when you first have a baby. Nothing will clean their clothes gentler or without fragrance. There isn't another brand I would even consider when it came to my baby. This was the best on the market and I would recommend this for any baby sensitive skin or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both of my babies happened to get the flu over the holidays. Needless to say, we ended up with a ton of stained clothes and bedding. I was incredibly happy with how well Dreft Stage 1: Newborn Liquid Detergent handled both the spots and smells, leaving behind a soft baby powder scent on all of the items. I was slightly concerned that the detergent might irritate my kids’ sensitive skin, but I’m happy to report that (though scented) the detergent did not cause any issues for them. I highly recommend using this particular detergent if you have kids with skin sensitivities.
