There is no fragrance per say but that’s fine as long as my baby’s skin is safe. I love the easy pouring splint as well. I will continue using this for the next 6 months atleast

I am so disappointed about your scent change! I've been using Dreft for over 5 years with my 3 kids and thought maybe it was just a change that you made with the "Active" baby stage detergent. I am so disappointed to find out that you also changed the scent to your newborn formula based on the reviews I'm reading. I thought I at least could go back to purchasing the "Newborn" stage detergent to use with all of my kids, but after reading some of the reviews and your replies, I'm sad that it's not possible. My little one is 5 months old and my bottle with your old scent is almost empty and I'm truly going to miss that sweet baby smell. I wish that I didn't have to find a new baby detergent, but my toddlers' clothes smell so bad (your new scent smells like an awful bathroom cleaner), that I'm returning the bottle I purchased. I have purchased the scent beads in the past, but using it with your unscented detergent is not a long term solution. You probably could have advertised a "new scented" detergent if you wanted to offer a new product. It's disappointing that you chose to get rid of what so many have loved about your old detergent. I'm hoping you will listen to your loyal customers and bring back your original scent!!! It's very disappointing that you no longer offer a product that I've been so loyal to, but so much more disappointing to those that have used your detergent for over 20 years (according to some reviews I read). So, please, please bring back the old scent!

We have been using this newborn detergent with our youngest, and the results have been good. Her clothes get clean and smell fresh. The container is also large, which is helpful because we're doing many, many loads. Clothes retain their color, stains come out, and most importantly, the kiddo is taken care of. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted my new baby clothes to be washed before he wore them so I did a whole load before he was born. I really like this detergent and plan to separate out his clothes from now on and use only dreft. It gives me peace of mind knowing this is a gentle formula that makes his clothes soft without any harsh fragrances.

I have never had an issue with his laundry detergent for my newborns who have very sensitive skin and eczema. I would like the smell of it it isn’t too overpowering but it just reminds me of a baby. It gets all the spit up and all leaks from the diaper cleaned up.

I have used Dreft for a long time now. I have somewhat sensitive skin. I love the way I do not itch even with my synthetic uniforms, I am a Flight Attendant, I'm on a Aircraft 6 to 8 hrs a day, around hundreds of people a day. When I say this has been a life changer for me, I'm speaking the truth. Not everyone smells pleasant, however when I find myself in the back of the aircraft with bad smells, I put my face in my clothing so I can smell this take me away fragrance in my sweater, my undershirt, my everything!!! Couldn’t believe this is “newborn” detergent. I instantly was shocked by how strongly scented it was. It does smell very nice but I purchased this specifically for a newborn.. it’s pricey though so I figured “quality over quantity” well.. my baby has a rash on his entire torso that ends right where his diaper is. Switched the detergent as soon as I realized this is where the rash was coming from.
