I remember what the original dreft from decades ago smelled like and it was still the same when I had my first child in 2014, but sometime after that it changed so I stopped buying it. I do not like the new scent, it's awful. The original from years ago was so wonderful and just lovely. I wanted everything to smell like that. I do not understand why you changed it. It really is an awful smell now. Please bring back the actual original scent so I can buy this again. It was the only detergent I could use with a fragrance for all of us in my family. 3 out of the 4 of us have eczema.

Usually detergent can leave my babies skin and sometimes mine irritated but thanks to Dreft we do not have that issue! No scent which is fine with me and no harsh chemicals. Love!

Obsessed. This stuff smells so good! Some mom's are switching to more natural options, but I love the smell so much! It smells like a newborn baby. I would watch for any reaction on your baby as it is scented. So good if you aren't worried about the chemicals.

It’s gentle on clothes so I don’t have to worry about my baby getting a rash. My dogs also have very sensitive skin and have have skin allergies. This detergent is my go to when washing their blankets, beds, and sweaters. It removes the odor from the pets but also They never are itchy after I use it. Definitely a great product not only for newborns but anyone and anything that needs an effective detergent that’s gentle and delicate.

Baby clothes can be tough to get really clean sometimes but Dreft detergent does it. I have had some of my other babies develop a little rash due to skin irritation from soap residue in their laundry when using other detergents. When using Dreft there is no skin irritation or rashes. It also smells so good. Dreft is perfect for baby laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using another national brand detergent on my baby clothing, and some stains did not come out. I just switched to draft, I have done 3 loads since the change, and everything has come out clean! I did nothing different other than detergent change. Now clothing will not have to be washed a 2nd time. It was time consuming needing to check everything out of thhe washer. If it went into the dryer it would be set in. Love this detergent.
