Nothing about this new scent smells like a baby detergent. Might as well buy any other (cheaper) hypoallergenic soap. The only thing I’m thankful for is that this scent change has encouraged me to research and switch to more eco-friendly, plant-based options that use less plastic packaging.

It has no harmful ingredients that would cause baby to have discomfort wearing the clothes. It is gentle on the clothes but it's tough on the stains! Highly recommend for anyone who has a baby.

I adore the scent and powerful cleaning of Dreft baby laundry detergent. This is a great product that really helps to get out formula and breast milk stains and spit up like no other, it also helps prevent fading. However, if you have an active eating baby or toddler you might have to add a laundry booster like Clorox 2 or oxiclean to get out old food stains or dirt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a week ago and have three loads of my Little’s laundry so far. It performs well getting all of the soil and food stains out of my active toddlers clothes. It’s free of dyes but it does have a strong scent to it. Smells very close to Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo. I use the free and clear detergents for myself but enjoy the baby scent on my little boy, he’s growing up so fast!!!
