This was recommended to me by baby’s grandma since it’s what she used for her babies. I don’t mind the scent but I don’t find it necessary really. I have used Dreft newborn liquid detergent until baby was around 6 months until baby started having skin irritation. I switched to free and clear for baby. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend Dreft detergent. The household will continue using the free and clear detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This scent free detergent is great for young children in order to wash their clothes without giving them an allergic reaction to a detergent. I have used this product on all of my children’s clothes and they have never received an issue from their clothes being washed in it. The only downside to this product is if you buy it in the store it is a tad expensive for the amount of detergent you get however, it is worth it so your kids do not get a chemical based rash from another detergent.

My children and I have eczema so now I use this on everyone's clothes and we don't experience any breakouts from that issue neither. Dreft is the best!

It is hypoallergenic and free of dyes, chlorine, and phosphates. I had used Dreft newborn detergent and stain remover for all of my babies’ laundry needs and I found it very reliable throughout all these years. I also like the new cap design of this bottle which makes it safer (screw tight) and less mess (no more sticky drips). All in all this is a must have in my household!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used dreft for when my children were younger and stopped as they got older, but I always missed the smell and how great the clothes looked and felt. I'm so happy they have a detergent that is strong enough for the family but still works good on baby clothes as well. I feel comfortable washing my clothes and my children's clothes with this detergent.

It's a little pricey but it work's great & smell's great too. I spray my toddler's clothes with the spray & let it sit awhile & then use this laundry soap for her. I never switched to the Stage 2, I've always just used this one for all my kid's clothes. Even my oldest still love's the way it smells & work's so she still uses it on her own clothes when she does laundry. I heard there's a family one too but I haven't seen it in store's yet.

I used to keep this product all the way to toddler years because of the wonderful baby smell. But they changed the scent completely and now it's just like any other detergent for babies..lost the value to me because of it and I won't be buying it anymore.
