I love these chairs. I have several. They look great after serveral years of use. One of the slats broke. I sent an email to inquire about a replacement slat. Within a day, response from CS team. Wanted my address and shipped a new slat !! No Charge !!! Awsome ! Will buy more from Lifetime !

I bought my 2 chairs 4 years ago. I live in south florida and keep them out on my patio year round. Part of the day sun/part of the day shade. Just recently a slat broke on the seat (my husband is now on a diet :) ) I called for replacement parts and was told that the slats weren't available individually, but if I paid for shipping they would send me a complete new seat bottom. Awesome....I was not expecting that....I fully intended to purchase because I LOVE THE CHAIRS!! Thank you so much, I without a doubt, (even if they had not sent the seat bottom) highly recommend these chairs.

Purchased 6 of these chairs from Costco a few years ago. Recently one of the chair seat slats broke. Called to request a new replacement slat. Part no longer available and a seat replacement was not the best option. Lifetime is replacing the chair. Purchasee

The customer service personnel was great. The warranty program stinks. Since my units were just over 2 years old I had to pay for shipping and replacement pieces that broke on the adarondak chairs. Then when I got the order half of the order was missing and needed extra shipment.

These chairs are easy to assemble only requiring a drill to assemble. They last forever as we bought 4 several years ago and after power washing, they looked as good as the new ones we purchased. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the fact that a couple of the screws wouldn’t tighten and the Allen wrench that you use in your drill will just about last long enough to assemble the chair, if your careful.

Our family ordered 2 and 1 arrived with a crack from shipping. The customer service was fabulous and absolute gem. With ease she addressed the issue and ordered us a replacement. The assembly was straightforward, good directions and accomplished it with the help of a 6 year old. Very happy with the product, value and customer service.

I purchased 4 of these for my family after sitting in some that a neighbor had (they've had them for a few years and still look/feel like new). After putting together 3 (very easily), we unwrapped the 4th one to find that it had a crack by a screw (in a pre-assembled piece). I called customer service and not only are they fixing the problem, but they were super pleasant to work with

Having previously bought Adirondack chairs from Lifetime a couple years back, and having a great experience with the product, I expected the same level of quality with these chairs. However, assembling these chairs was a real pain. The holes didn't line up which made putting this together VERY difficult. Also, the seat was cracked underneath. (I will say their support team sent me a new seat part, but I'm so reluctant to take it apart to put the new seat on because it was so difficult to assemble the first time around.) For the price, I really felt like they could have done a better job with quality assurance making sure that assembly would be seamless.

My kids got us 2 more of these chairs, they are super and very comfortable, not to mention very sturdy. We live in the Sierra's with heavy winds at times, and so far these chairs have not been blown over like many others have. We highly recommend, and the company is super to work with as well. These chairs are rock solid for sure. There in the sun all day, every day and not a hint of fading at all. Their Customer Service is outstanding! We needed a replacement are on one of the 4 chairs we bought. When we contacted them about it, they were very helpful and shipped it out to us for free and we received it a couple of days after the request. That's why their ratings are really good. Great product, great customer service! Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
