We bought two of the Adirondack chairs roughly 2 years ago and they are the most popular of all our seating options. With wide arms to put down your drink or balance your lunch plate, and comfortable height for all, these chairs are fabulous. They also clean up really nicely and have shown NO impact from our salty ocean air, while everything else around them rusts and weathers if not covered over the winter.

Replaced my aging wooden Adirondack chairs with this model after my neighbor bought 4 of these to surround his fire pit. Love Adirondack chairs in general, and I see them everywhere, but admiring how well they fit in at my neighbor's house was the first time that I had ever inquired about where someone bought their chairs. Not overly challenging to assemble, and the second one goes faster than the first. Great look, great quality, and great customer service. I will definitely be adding to the 2 I purchased.

My kids got us 2 more of these chairs, they are super and very comfortable, not to mention very sturdy. We live in the Sierra's with heavy winds at times, and so far these chairs have not been blown over like many others have. We highly recommend, and the company is super to work with as well. Had a broken slat on two of the Adirondack chairs I purchased in May of 2020. Called Customer Service for assistance in obtaining two new slats. The Representative I reach was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. She resolved my problem instantly and beyond my expectations.

I bought 4 of these chairs several years ago. They are very comfortable to sit in and easy to clean. Some of the slats broke this year on one of the chairs. I contacted customer service via email. They took some time (not too long) to respond due to COVID-19. My experience with customer service was excellent and I am very happy with the replacements. I would recommend purchasing these chairs.

the grey Adirondack chair arrived quickly and was intact. The assembly was a little tedious in aligning the pieces and the allen wrench screws were metric (I think) so using a power screwdriver did not work for me. the chair looks good and is very stable with a 300 pound rating. It sits a little low from the ground so older and heavy people may have difficulty getting in and out. Overall this is the best "store bought" Adirondack chair I have found and will order another when the price drops and they have free shipping.

Thank you for your help in ordering replacement parts. Very polite and quick to respond. We love the chairs, unfortunately the wind blew them off our porch and broke a couple parts. However the fact that we can order parts saves much more than buying new chairs.

These chairs are rock solid for sure. There in the sun all day, every day and not a hint of fading at all. Their Customer Service is outstanding! We needed a replacement are on one of the 4 chairs we bought. When we contacted them about it, they were very helpful and shipped it out to us for free and we received it a couple of days after the request. That's why their ratings are really good. Great product, great customer service! Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I bought my 2 chairs 4 years ago. I live in south florida and keep them out on my patio year round. Part of the day sun/part of the day shade. Just recently a slat broke on the seat (my husband is now on a diet :) ) I called for replacement parts and was told that the slats weren't available individually, but if I paid for shipping they would send me a complete new seat bottom. Awesome....I was not expecting that....I fully intended to purchase because I LOVE THE CHAIRS!! Thank you so much, I without a doubt, (even if they had not sent the seat bottom) highly recommend these chairs.

Love these chairs but a slat on the seat assembly keeps cracking. I weigh under 100 lbs and my husband and visitors are all very fit. Customer service has been kind enough to replace the whole chair, even though we just need one slat, a few different times. They say they don't have just spare slats. Seems like a waste to me .We also had one of the arms snap off too. That being said, the chairs and nice looking and very comfortable. The company was very easy to deal with. But, the name Lifetime does not apply to these chairs.
