Staff were informative and patient in locating and advising and upon delivery were instructive of parameters of tires.

I run these on my 2010 Prius doing Doordash, UberEats, etc. So they get put to work on a daily basis. Still average 45-50 mpg using them, not bad for a non-lrr tire. The car came with them when I bought it, ran them for 30k miles and replaced the fronts with 2 more P4's, then moved the new ones to the rear. From the way they wear, I'm expecting to replace the front tires 3 times for every time the rear needs replaced (car gets driven pretty hard, fast turns, aggessive acceleration for a Prius, plenty of hard stops, etc). I should also mention these get a lot of use on dirt, gravel, and well potholed roads. Basically the worst conditions you could put a normal car tire through. Not the best in the rain, just slow down and drive normal and they do fine, though. Can't complain about road noise, it's there but not terrible. They ride smooth when yiu can find any smooth road to drive on, which is not much in my area. For the price I'll stick with these because I've already put so many miles on them and they're a lot better than no-name Chinese tires.

The tire is awesome, I'm running P4's on my other car as well. The issue I have is with the installation PROCESS, not the people, the process. The thing is that there is not an option to pay for the installation online, you cannot make n appointment and the tires are shipped to your house. Tires are not a notebook, please provide a way to pay and schedule the installation at my local Walmart and ship the tires to the store. This would make for a much better experience. Thank you.
