I was just browsing when I stumbled on Pirelli tires at Sam's club. Because I'm a Sam's Club plus member, I immediately got $140 off my purchase. I couldn't believe the final price, tires installed and all the perks that come with the purchase. I'm very happy with the tires, and I'm very happy with the price and all the perks that come with the purchase. I was especially impressed with Sam's Club Road Hazard warranty on the tires. 5 years of road hazard warranty. That's excellent! I'll buy my tires, from now on, at Sam's Club.

Staff were very courteous and friendly, but they did not call me when it was done until l went up to desk and asked if my car was ready.

Tire purchase and installation at Sams Club @ Garner has always been great! With advance booked appointment, installation is a breeze, usually in and out in about 45min-1hr. I purchased Pirelli tires for both my cars and am happy with performance and they look great

I was pleased with the customer service and the prompt product arrival. I was told the tires would not arrive to store for 3-5 days. They actually arrive in 3 days.

Dry weather traction is great and quiet, promotion makes this tires a great buy . have not had wet road experience yet, we mostly get sunny days here.

Staff were informative and patient in locating and advising and upon delivery were instructive of parameters of tires.

Service was better than expected

I had o n e tire replaced, then all 4 balanced & rotated. My car was bumpy when driving. This store is 14 miles from home. I took it to a tire shop near me. There was 18 psi in the 3 older tires and 35 in the new tire. What a scary problem! Poor service!

Been waiting for a reciept for longer than three weeks. I have nothing to prove i purchased 4 Tires except my visa reciept. I signed a work order,they installed the tires but then said they can't print the workorder because the inventory said there not in stock so the printer would not print the work order. Yet they installed them on my car already ! So ridiculous! Talked to three managers and complaints back east were writen. Only promises to take care of it by atleast six people in management. No body has done a darn thing! Still no reciepts or warranty paperwork! Seems to be a bunch of jokers that don't know how to do there jobs! I have been a plus member since the year 2000..
