Based on your description, we believe this product may have suffered unfavorable temperature conditions during shipping or handling. When product is thawed and refrozen, it loses its intended flavor, texture and appearance. Although we take extensive precautions to prevent this from happening, our products are still sometimes inadvertently mishandled after they leave our facility.
