Great reliable tires

Purchased a set of 4 for my Ram 1500 classic 4x4 Awesome smooth ride Excellent in the rain Well worth the extra few dollars I only put Michelin’s on all my vehicle’s

Had 2 incidents in one month. 1st incident tire only months old, apparently picked up a screw somewhere, no warning and tire blew. Covered under warranty and then a second incident with no nail or any apparent damage to the tire and the low pressure light came on. In seconds the tire ripped along the rim on both sides leaving about 2inches rubber and the rolled off the car. I was on a 4 lane freeway both times and it this could have been disastrous. Thankful no one was injured. I did get to the shoulder of the freeway as my tire rolled past me and rested on the concrete barrier

I got the tires about 3 weeks ago for my Nissan Rogue Sport 2020, and already put almost 1000 miles. They have excellent traction and tread (much better than the Bridgestone that came with the car whe. I bought it). The mileage has improved slightly (I would say between 5 and 10%) and the car handles very well in rain and when turning. I still have not driven in the snow. I read carefully the reviews before buying the tires and feel that some customers left unfair feedback. A lot of people don't inflate their tires properly or service them and they trashed Michelin Defender 2 unfairly. If you don't have tire pressure indicators on your dashboard, roll up your sleeves and check the pressure yourself every few weeks (it's unsafe to drive with under-inflated tires and your fuel consumption will go up). Spend a few dollars and rotate your tires every 10k and get new tire alignment every year - it will extend the longevity of your tires!

I was disappointed when I saw the B rating on the traction for an all season radial. I would have preferred and 800 tread wear with an A traction for an all season radial. My fault for thinking all Michelin Defenders were A A rated when I was investigating the tires. The same name (Defender) across the line is confusing.

Have always been a fan of the Michelin tire. Don't know how often your customers get 100,000 miles out of their tires but I am coming up on that magical number. My Honda Accord has 195,000 miles on the odometer and the tires still have 4/32nd left of tread. They were purchased with 99,000 on the odometer, have had 3 low tire pressure warnings but never had one that left me stranded. Will recommend these to my family and friends. I am so happy to get four new Michelin Defender 2 tires for my 2018 Toyota Corolla LE. I was considering the Cross Climate 2 but I glad I got the Defenders instead. It rides better than new and the Michelin Primacy MXV4 that came with the car were amazing and lasted 75000 miles and were still legal. The steering response is better than ever and the ride and directional stability are improved and very quiet. I highly recommend these to Corolla owners, because they are a perfect match. They go and go and go just like the Toyota cars
