Nice sofa

The product is good quality for the price point but the base of it came in torn which is hard to explain because the outside packaging was all intact. It is very hard to assemble and screws would have been a better idea for the sides. It is practically impossible to slide the chase next to the two seater sofa after all parts have been joined. I just ended up keeping them next to each other without joining them after I tried with my wife for 2 hours.

The color I received is wildly different from what I ordered. It's basically 80s blue jean blue. Gross. Not sure on what planet anyone would call this grey. And it's *definitely* not the grey pictured here that I ordered. I'm assuming it would be a complete pain to return this but I may look into it because it's not at all like I was expecting. Also, as someone else mentioned the top pieces are velcroed on and fall off quite easily. It's annoying. It's also not super comfortable.

I've had this for only a couple of weeks and I do not like it at all. It is very hard, and the fabric is already bunching up where I sit. Parts on the end, the arms, do not stay in place well at all. The cushions velcro to the back of the couch, and it seems that they are constantly becoming unattached.

Not really comfortable

Three simple words:DO NOT BUY!! As u can see, only sold online so cannot "try it iut" before buying. It was on "sale" for blk Friday, $499. Down from $799?! Now that I have seen it, wld not pay $200 for it. Returned it as soon as assembled it. Found a much nicer one at reputable furniture store w real wood for only $150 more than this thing that was on sale?! This thing is particle board, velcro pieces, will break easily if u flop on it. Don't plan to do hanky panky on this thing! No real instructions. Just pictures. When u read other reviews and customer service reply says it is simple and they just assembled in their warehouse, ask yourself...why would they assemble it?! This thing comes in 5 different pieces, 3 boxes. The warehouse wld be packed w these boxes, not assembled pieces. they also say will send u pdf if u need it, well not on weekends! Called and emailed them, no reply. Wait til monday! If so easy to send pdf, why not just put instructions in box?! The brackets are ridiculously stupid to connect. I'll save you headache, if u decide to buy, on the assembly. Takes at least two people. Take the trundle bed out from couch first. The couch HAS to come down on the arm rest piece for couch(or, arm goes bottom to up if u r trying to slide it on by urself) and also couch HAS to come down on chaise section too (or chaise goes fr bottom to up)! I said these brackets are stupid! I finally figured it was easier to flip couch on backside and slide these pieces on from "bottom." Next, the arm for chaise, HAS to come from up to down, opposite of arm piece for couch! Put chaise arm on last bc if u put on first AND try to lift/move furniture to ur desired spot, u will pull the arm off again!! Super frustrating!!! Finally, slide trundle bed back under. Yes, the number of "feet" to put on is 2 less than what u think u shld need to even out the whole thing. Good luck if u decide to buy this cheap particle board. I wouldn't even want this in a dorm room!

Nice couch

Good for the price

Hate this couch, feels like something you would see in a RV/Camping trailer. Very hard, horrible quality and is not what you would of expected.
