I'm not sure if there are any more boxes, but my sectional is missing 2 of the back pillows. I tried searching everywhere and can't seem to find it. Also, one of the sides are so cheaply made that it snapped off during my gentle sliding of the two pieces in.

We bought this last week. We couldn't fix the left side. It's keep on falling. Also we are not able to fix the middle part of the 2 big pieces. Also, not able to pull the bed part. It got stuck. Since it is a big item, we do not know how to return this. Need some more info. to fix this. If you have any video for assembling, please share. Thanks

Cons: Bought this back in April and the base board on one side broke just from someone taking a seat. It was also a whole lot smaller than it seems in the pictures. I’m on the shorter side and I struggled to feel comfortable on it. Pros: The fabric is nice, easy to clean, and a great color. Easy to put together. The bed is small but good for kids to sleep on.

I've always wanted a sectional. This one is comfortable and a good size. I like the darker gray color as well. I love the storage option too. HOWEVER, I own two cats. They do not scratch at furniture and get nail trims fairly often so they're not ridiculously overgrown. Still their nails will get caught on the couch fibers and in the two weeks I've had it set up, there are SO MANY little knots and strings that have been pulled up. Again, it's not that my cats are even scratching at this couch. It's simply them getting on or off it that they'll get caught and it's irritating. I feel like any sharp buttons or pins or sharp edges will also cause this problem. I've resorted to ordering an expensive protector but that defeats the aesthetic of it. I've also just started trimming all the little loose strings. P.S. I have had a Klippan loveseat from Ikea for years and it has not pilled or had any of these issues with it.
