Hi there, when you open the sofabed section, please pull UP, not out. This will help keep it on track. Try not to pull toward you as it is already extended and only needs to be lifted. bad quality

Couch is ok but fabric quality is really bad . All small small fabric pieces come out and very uncomfortable to sleep. I would give 1star not happy with product.
