Really happy with the couch once I got it all set up. It's a good size for my office/game room. It's actually pretty comfortable too! Only complaint was the assembly. It has sections that you slide on which should be pretty easy but I tried to do it alone and it wasn't gonna happen without another set of hands to lift the pieces. Once I had my friend help me it was quick and somewhat easy. For the people saying it's difficult I can see why only because of the rails you have to line up. I would totally recommend the sectional but have a friend help you set it up for sure.

We love this sectional. It was a bit smaller than we expected, but it turned out to be perfect. I like to sit on it with the pullout put away (because I'm short 5'1"), but my adult daughter likes it pulled out (5'7"). It's a great piece for our apartment. It was easy to put together and pulling it out and putting it back in works smoothly. No complaints!

While this sofa is well made and a perfect size for a small room, the seat is too narrow to accommodate even an average height man. The seating is also very stiff, although the back is comfortable. In trying to do a lot of things -- small size, chaise, pullout to a bed -- it lost sight of its primary mission -- comfort. Finally, it took weeks to be delivered, instead of the originally promised 10 days.

Whe purchased this item for our recreation room in preparation for having overnight guests with kids. After assembling the product (really needs two people to put together) and found that the cushions to be a little stiff and uncomfortable at first. The pullout bed feature worked GREAT and came in handy for the guests (kids). Very firm. Not sorry I purchased this at all!

The pullout bed doesn’t stay on the track. When pulling the bed out, it comes right off even though it has little parts that should keep it from completely come out. Also, it doesn’t seem like the part that has the wheels that go on the tracks are wide enough, I believe what is happening is that it comes right off of the track from the side since it doesn’t reach.

We love it! Comfortable, great size sectional for our smaller space, and the storage is incredibly functional. We ordered the blue (I think it's all they had in stock), and it's definitely a bit brighter than what we were expecting, but it works just fine for us.

Poor quality fabric, material, and design, difficult to assemble, and once assembled, the pull out bed has no structure, and falls out of its tracks. It’s left gouges in my wood floors from this. I am returning it, however from the date we called customer service until now, it is still sitting here. They said once the freight company came, they would return the money we paid, but we haven’t heard from anyone in weeks. We wanted to love it, but truly the only piece that works as advertised is the storage bench.

This is a low cost solution to versatility that is nice looking and pretty comfortable. It looks and feels basic, almost minimalist. It's comfortable to sit on as long as you aren't looking to sink into something. The bench is a little short, so long legs aren't fully supported. For functionality, though, it really stands out. Setting it up for a bed surface is super quick and easy. The extra part that lifts up is very lightweight and the handles are great. And I love the storage section! The fabric is comfortable and looks like it would spot clean easily.

Received this couch and put it together. It was easy to assemble which is why I gave it 2 stars. The color is off, it looks green. It is extremely uncomfortable. My husband is 6'3" and it was not a good fit for him (if you're tall, you just know this). The pull out unit worked well. We ended up returning it soon after assembly because it just was not what we were looking for. Would be great for a kids hang out space, not for adults as their main living room furniture.

Easy to put together. It came in two boxes and I was able to do it myself. However, it has weird back pieces that flip up an velcro in place behind the three main back rest pillows. They are a massive pain to align and they move easily. My biggest complaint is that the pull out part has come off it's rails every time I've pulled it out. It's been a week and I may return it because I have to fix it every time my kids pull it out. They don't pull too hard so that is not the problem, it's a design flaw I believe. The fabric isn't super great either. It's good for a super small room and to have something that converts but I really don't see this lasting very long. Two years tops.
