This is way more comfortable than the old fashioned box spring and mattress. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and support. My son loves it- it really exceeded all of my expectations which were already pretty high based on reviews I had read prior. Great item for the price!

This mattress is fabulous. I ordered these for our Airbnb property and people have told me they've never slept as good as they did until this bed. I went ahead and bought some to replace mattresses at home as well. It's sooo comfortable and you can't beat the price.

After reading the negative and positive reviews for this mattress, I decided to give it a shot because we were in desperate need of a replacement. This mattress is advertised as a medium-firm mattress, but it is NOT that whatsoever. This mattress is SOFT... so soft that your entire body will sink in if you weigh over 150lbs. If you’re into that, then it may work for you. But if you bought a medium-firm mattress because you prefer medium-firm mattresses, you will be highly disappointed. If you prefer firm mattresses and thought you might just settle for a “medium-firm”, then you may fall into a deep depression. Believe me before you waste your money like I did... this mattress is nowhere near medium firm, or even medium. Also, prepare to have your room smell like chemicals for several days. We off-gassed and decompressed this thing for an entire day outside and the smell is still giving me headaches. Here’s to hoping I can return this thing!

I was a little bit on the skeptical side that this was going to be a 12 inch mattress when it came in. But after we got it out of the box and set up it lives up to its brand and description 100%. This was a new bed for our son's room (twin ultra plush) and he loves it. Sleeps so much better than he did on the old spring mattress. I would definitely recommend this mattress, it is very comfortable and easy to set up once it's out of the box it will take shape in 5 to 10 minutes. I love how easy it was to handle compared to a box mattress, like night and day. I do suggest getting a mattress cover or pad for it if you are buying for younger children since it is foam on top and will soak up everything.

If you’re looking for quality sleep don’t hesitate to order this mattress. This review might be a bit premature as I’ve had the mattress less than a week, but I am impressed!! I will update my review if warranted but for now this mattress is 4 layers of pure heaven! Cool to the touch, very comfortable and fit on my existing box spring.

The mattress is comfortable. I’m giving a rating of two stars because it wreaks of chemicals. It still smells just like it did the day it came out of the box and it’s been two months. The information pamphlet says it should stop smelling a few days after we unbox it. We have to air out the room daily.

We bought this for our oldest child a few years ago and it hasn’t been destroyed/ sagged and now this one for our youngest. So comfortable I’m thinking of trading our bed for this too. I have no back pain when I sleep on one of their beds. Only downside is if you like to sit on the edge of the bed, you will sink.

Bed is really comfortable unfortunately it was deformed. Like other reviews, the end of the bed failed to to inflate to full capacity. Looks odd and also the top moves around when getting up. I’m contemplating returning but this would be the second bed in a box I return. Not sure it’s worth the hassle.

Bought this mattress today. Opened it up and it puffed up right away. But then noticed the smell. It had all day to air out. It was so bad when we tried to sleep on it . At 2:30 a.m. we were up dragging it out of the bedroom. We put cot mattresses on the floor and slept on them. We will be returning this as soon as the store opens. Even with the mattress out of the room we could still smell the fumes.

I guess our gust bed mattress was not exactly up to par. Ooops. Our daughter researched all the online foam mattresses and thought that this Member's Mark was the best quality for the right price. Set up was a snap. Really! After her first night on it, she described it as "amazing" . "Lifechanging" . She was not happy to report that it was better than her $2000 mattress at home. So, highly recommended!
