Very tasty, cut up chicken, shrimp and sausage with it, whole family loved it. Has a little "heat" to it, makes it good.

This makes a quick meal. If I don’t have time to make a homemade version, I just add smoked sausage and bell pepper.

These make for a great and fast dinner. All I do is add sausge and this box and it make my family happy. Of course you can add whatever meat or meats you want. It is a little spicy but my family loves it.

We use Zatarain's Jambalaya for those quick weekday meals. Always nice to have on hand. We add onions, peppers, and more seasonings to our liking, but overall makes a great meal. Can't be the value at Sam's Club.

This product is worth eating! Cooking is a dream, cook without even stirring for 30 minutes and it's perfect. I use a can of Rotel and a can of corn, top with mozzarella cheese.

I cook everything from scratch except my jambalaya. I cheat and use Zatarains as my starter. I tell no one, but I will never make jambalaya without this base mix.

Of all of the Zatarain's product line this is my favorite. Delicious as a side or convert into a very filling meal with the addition of meats or seafood. A winner for sure.

Needs more seasoning

Now, I know you gotta ratchet down the intensity to appeal to the masses but doggone this is one bland jambalaya. Al Pacino would be ashamed of this jambalaya (reference the film Any Given Sunday). Surely Zatarain's (owned by McCormick & Company spices) knows a thing or 2 about Cajun. Come on folks spice it up. No more bland, please. If you like bland rice, buy this. If you want authentic Cajun zest, move on.

have enjoyed this for many years & the best addition is a lb of summer sausage or andouille but i'm the only one who eats it & since you get 4 servings per 8oz box i would eat one that day & freeze 3 containers but since defrosting/microwaving dries it out a bit so if you prefer it moist/juicy add 1-2 cans of tomato sauce(the only one i use is Goya) then reheating it will almost like you just made it.
