Hair in side the cake

I was apprehensive to try this because grocery store cakes are usually pretty meh for the price but I’m glad I finally tried it because it’s the best pre made grocery store cake I’ve ever had! The top layer of frosting was a bit much for me but the cake and mousse layers are perfect. I will definitely buy this again.

I went to a pitch-in and it seems that I always bring the same type of dessert so when I saw this at Sam's Club, I bought it to have something different. It was crazy how many people asked who brought the cake! Then, so many people asked me where I got it & commented how good it was. I tried a piece & I'm definitely hooked!!!

Good but pricy

This was delicious!

Really moist and delicious. I bought one for mothers day to bring to my mom. Since I bought it a few days early, I put the whole thing in the freezer. It thawed out fine and you'd never know it had been frozen. I'm thinking about buying another for my birthday next month.

Sooo yummy

To start with I don't like many bakery items. They never live up to the expectations. This cake is so good! They were selling a piece for $2.50 so I thought I would try it. We loaded up our purchase and shared it in the car. We went right back in to buy more. I have to have it every time I shop. I am so happy they sell it by the piece, or I would eat the entire cake each time!! It is creamy and not any flavor is overpowering. Try it!

This cake is just one of many cakes from Sam’s that has the potential to be delicious but fails to live up to their aesthetic. The cake was dense and dry even with the cream filling. The chocolate was barely noticeable and uninspiring. Not worth the price. Should have just done a box cake for $4 bucks.
