Possibly the best cake ever! It has just the right proportion of cake to filling/icing and has none of the bitterness of boxed cakes.

This cake is so delicious! It’s always moist and fresh. My kids request this for every birthday. We love it. Never retire it!

I have bought this cake plenty of times and this time I guess they have either changed the way they make it or it was made wrong. I don’t plan on buying it again to find out. The cake was dried out and the layers were not mousse. They were thick overly sweet frosting, but I loved about the cake. Is it used to be a very nice moist and airy chocolate cake, layered with cream cheese and chocolate mousse, which was light and creamy and delicious without being overly sweet. It has always been my favorite cake at Sam’s Club so I got one this year for my birthday and have to say I was just completely disappointed instead of the beautiful textured layer cake with the moose that it used to be. It was cheap frosting and dried out chocolate cake…… I’m not sure if they changed everything to keep the price down or if someone just made it wrong.

I have got this cake many times BUT I believe it was STALE. WASENT SOFT,WHOEL TOP FELL OFF WHEN I CUT IT!
