I ordered a queen firm mattress and it is not firm at all and has not inflated properly and it’s been up for three days. I am very disappointed. It is saggy and lumpy and looks like I have had it for 16 years instead of three days.

Although the mattress is advertised as 12 inches, mine has only reached 10.5 inches and it's been 5 days. Other than that I do feel like it's super comfy! But since it's not expanded fully it's not sitting on my box spring correctly

I brought this mattress for my son to replace his old mattress. This mattress is perfect for him! I slept on it as well. Very comfortable and does not dip like some of the reviews stated.

I bought this for my son’s room. He shares his room with his older brother when he visits. They both absolutely love the mattress. He is y as happy to share with his brother anymore lol! Sometimes they’ve found me napping on it too😂

Medium firm purchased, its way to soft, zero support. I am so disappointed, my 10 year old mattress was way better. I threw away the packaging so return is out of the question and even if I had it how do you roll it back into the box? Mission impossible.

Delivery from different locations took longer than initially projected. One box was overstuffed, as if it had been repackaged. After a few days they mattress was about 10.5 tall and 4 inches too wide at 42". They have been slept on 2 weeks and unpacked about a month. Still over 40" wide, making the 2 5-6 inches wider than a split king should be. Its risen a bot to almost 11", but still an inch short of 12" expected. It is plenty plush and not uncomfortable to sleep on but sheets and mattress pads were strained fitting over and likely why they measure narrower now. Not sure they'd stay compressed width wise with both off.

Better than expected. I did NOT like memory form mattress because I prefer firmer mattress with steadily support. I hate the endless sinking feeling that my husband's old memory form had as well as others I have tried. But this memory form mattress from Sam's does not give me that sinking, unstable, wobble feeling when in bed. I choose firm and to me it's medium. But good enough. I think firm is ideal for face-up sleepers but less ideal for side sleepers. The remaining question is how long can it stay in shape without becoming too soft or even collapsing.

I purchased this mattress based on a recommendation from a friend. It was delivered quickly and the unboxing and setup was relatively quick and easy. The moment I laid on the bed I was asleep. I don’t know how long it took but this bed is super comfy! I purchased the ultra plush king mattress and plan to purchase the same in Queen for my guest room. Hotel luxury without the hotel cost!

this mattress is terrible. only expands to 10 inches. when you sit or lay on it, it goes down to 2 inches. then when you want to return, they'll send a fedx truck to get it, but then , you are with out a bed. so to try and fix the problem, i brought a 4 inch pillow top. more money down the tube. in short, its junk
