Excellent mattress initially, very comfortable. However 8 months later the foam is failing and the mattress now has craters where we sleep.

I love this bed!! I bought 2. It is soft, not firm like I have seen in the mattresses in a box... but not too soft. It really is like a hotel bed.

Bought the medium firmness model and it's WAY too soft. I don't even trust the firm option now. Going to return and look at different brands.

Very comfortable, great for the price! Very pleased and going to buy another one for a guest bedroom.

Absolutely awful. I kept thinking it would firm up, but it never did. The edges have no shape and it was like a giant lumpy pillow. Returned!!

This was for a relative, so feedback is second hand. He said it is very comfortable and sleeps very well on it. He is a large and heavy guy.

How do they get away with saying this mattress is medium firm?! I can't imagine what a soft mattress must be like

Went out on a limb to try a new mattress that wasn’t super expensive. I’ve slept great and happy with this purchase!

I bought three of these and this last one I bought seems not as firm as the other 2? Otherwise I like the quality of the mattress
