I am falling asleep right away and staying comfy throughout the entire night. I tend to get hot when I sleep and this mattress helps me stay cool. I wake up feeling refreshed with no aches or pains. When my husband moves I don't feel the bed move. I love that it was packed rolled up to make it very easy to get into the house and into my bedroom before opening. I would definitely recommend this mattress and look forward to my continued nights of comfort and coolness.

It is terrible. Do not waste your money. This would be best described as one of those foam egg crate you used to use on your mattress to soften it up. After 24 hours this thing is so soft that if you sit on the edge it will sink down and you're sitting on the bed frame. Terrible quality really who wants a mattress that is simply foam. Sams do better.

I ordered this in October 2020. almost a year ago. The sleep on it is great! I have back issues and I sleep well at night. I'm 6ft tall, 197lbs, and I don't sink in the middle.However, if more weight is added, you do sink. Especially on the sides; they just sink in when you sit on. It didn't inflate as it should have. Sam's was great about it when I called.

It helps cool us off at night while asleep. I do not wake up with night sweat anymore from being overheated. I love how comfortable it is for me. I can now sleep all the way through the night! I love this mattress. I recommend this mattress and give it a stamp of approve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came in a big heavy box, really need two people to move it. Setting it up was pretty painless. We set it up on the bed so we didn’t have to move it around once it was open. Feels great! I’ve always been skeptical of “foam” mattresses but this feels like a good old fashioned (comfortable) mattress. It so nice to be able have mattresses shipped to your house now. Totally reasonable price for a really nice mattress.

And I just knew the first week I would sleep on it it would cause me to have back pain because that’s happened in the past. To my surprise I’ve woken up with zero pain! It is very comfortable and it's Queen size. It keeps me cool, has the cooling gel in it, for when you get hot while sleeping. I love it!!! I can't quit talking about it to my family and friends. I have recommended it to friends and family and a few Strangers. I wake up refreshed. I fall asleep faster. It doesn't sag or loose the cushioning. Once you get up, it expands back into the full mattress and looks like a brand new one again. It's made of durable, quality material. It's very durable. It comes with easy to understand instructions and is very very comfortable. I have recommended it to everyone and I will kernels on. My back feels great and I feel energetic and refreshed when I wake up every morning now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is pretty hefty. It weighs about 90 pounds. It took two people to end over end it up the stairs. Once you get it out of the box don't unroll it from the outer plastic until you have it in place where you want it to go. Once I had it on top of my queen box springs which was on top of a platform i started to unroll the outer plastic. I could here it already hissing a little, so that meant it was starting to expand. It stated on the handbook that it would take 24 to 48 hours to fully inflate. It had fully inflated less than 24 hours to me. I would use a box springs or platform not both. I am using both and it is so high. Since the mattress is 12 inches, the box spring is almost that and the platform is about 1 and a half to 2 feet of the ground. The puts the mattress at my stomach and i'm 5'4. The Member's mark Hotel premier collection mattress is really comfortable. It forms to my body in about 5 mins of laying on it. If i turn over it re forms to my body. I really enjoy the cooling effects on my body from the mattress. I am a hot natured person and this bed kept me cool all night. It feels like you are sleeping on clouds. I would love to try this out in a king size bed as well. I really slept well on this mattress.
