[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my new mattress for almost two weeks.I want to start out by saying this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The second I laid on it I didn’t want to get up. My body just kind of sank into the memory foam. It’s not firm like most mattresses when you first get them. I loved not having to break the mattress in it was comfortable day one . I slept like a baby the first night and usually it takes me a while to fall a sleep but not with this mattress. This mattress has a nice style and I really like how it comes with a cooling cover around the mattress. You can take it off to wash it if needed too. It comes rolled up in the box and doesn’t take long to inflate once it’s out of the box. This really is an amazing mattress I’m very happy with the comfort , style and durability. Great brand made well and I’m sure it will last many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying, this box was really heavy. Unpacking the mattress is a 2-person job but it is so worth it! Sleeping on this is like sleeping on a giant marshmallow from heaven. And unlike foam toppers I have had in the past, the softness does not make me hot and sweaty. My existing sheets fit fine and I wake up happy and well rested!

The box is amazingly small, but the mattress was easy to open and then like magic, it ‘blooms’. It’s hard to believe that a regular sized mattress came out of that box! The cover on the mattress is very soft but feels durable, and the cool touch is wonderful for Texas! This mattress feels soft and luxurious and supportive all at the same time.

That is completely gone with this mattress! I love that it has a cooling effect to it as well. No more waking up sweaty! It is all around amazing and I love it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super plush, sorta sucked into it as soon as you lay on it, but it reforms back to size after. My partner can sleep better on it, no complaining except from me. He rolls towards the wall all the time, comfortable of course. I'm short and bottom heavy so this being 12 inches thick I had to roll a specific way to get off it. The whole thing took less than 24 -48 hours to fluff up! Our bedding goes great with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is pretty hefty. It weighs about 90 pounds. It took two people to end over end it up the stairs. Once you get it out of the box don't unroll it from the outer plastic until you have it in place where you want it to go. Once I had it on top of my queen box springs which was on top of a platform i started to unroll the outer plastic. I could here it already hissing a little, so that meant it was starting to expand. It stated on the handbook that it would take 24 to 48 hours to fully inflate. It had fully inflated less than 24 hours to me. I would use a box springs or platform not both. I am using both and it is so high. Since the mattress is 12 inches, the box spring is almost that and the platform is about 1 and a half to 2 feet of the ground. The puts the mattress at my stomach and i'm 5'4. The Member's mark Hotel premier collection mattress is really comfortable. It forms to my body in about 5 mins of laying on it. If i turn over it re forms to my body. I really enjoy the cooling effects on my body from the mattress. I am a hot natured person and this bed kept me cool all night. It feels like you are sleeping on clouds. I would love to try this out in a king size bed as well. I really slept well on this mattress.

I had to lay down on it first to try it out and it is so comfortable. I think I may order one to replace my current 10 year old mattress. He loves it says he sleeps more comfortably than ever. It’s not soft and not firm, a good balance in between. It came packaged in a pretty small box (for a queen sized mattress). My son and I were able to carry it in. No bad smells or anything and it popped right into place out of the box!

I bought this almost a month ago and it has worn my back out. After being in the same position, it’s hard to get out of. If you try to move over, you have to kick your leg off the bed to stay in that position or you will roll back to where you were. After you’ve sunk into place, you will wake up in a hot mess. I’m 27 and have never had back problems, I’m in pretty good health so I don’t know how anyone would be able to sleep in this. The only plus side is that returning it was so so easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with my mattress.first it comes in a box for easy transport.opening the box and plastic wrap,it expands pretty fast.I could sleep on it 6 hrs. later.I have insomnia so sleeps always been an issue.I get in the bed and sleep all night with no tossing and turning.I stay nice and cool all night.I cannot feel the hubby or dog moving around.its 12 inch thickness gives the best sleep in my life.truly will never buy any other brand of mattress.very well constructed and built for long lasting use.

When opened it did not take long to lay the mattress flat and it compressed up to normal size. It was ready to use comfortably at bedtime. This is the perfect way to send a mattress. The mattress itself was very comfortable. It provided just the right support and molded with my body for extra comfort and support. I highly recommend this mattress to everyone.
