I was concerned due to some of the negative reviews but I'm glad I followed through with the purchase. For me the mattress has been the perfect combination of comfortable and firm. Some reviewers have said it's not a medium firm mattress. I don't know if that is true or not but the mattress has been firm enough for me...given that if I sleep on less firm mattresses the lack of support will cause me to have a discomfort.

I’ve had this for about a year now. Right out of the box it was extremely comfortable, but I expected this to be the case. I am surprised that after a year the mattress is the exact same as the day I bought it. I sleep in the same exact spot every night and there is no sag to my knowledge. For the price I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for an inexpensive mattress

It's so comfortable and it keeps me cool at night. No more kicking the covers off of me! I am getting a great night's rest. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to upgrade our teen to a queen and so glad we did! This is alot thicker of a bed. We used it as a platform meaning no box spring and it has does fine. The padding on it is thick enough so that you dont feel like you are sleeping on a hard rock. The setup is really easy. It comes vacuum sealed so just cut plastic off and let it open up for a couple hours. My son has been using it for about a month and honestly Ive noticed his sleep patterns are alot better. According to his sleep tracker he is getting better quality sleep. He also doesnt wake up soaked in sweat so the cooling part of it is definitely helping!

When you lie on it, it molds to your body and it doesn't make you all hot and sweaty. I have not slept this well since I was teenager! No set up required! Just unwrap the plastic and it's ready! If you want to sleep like a baby again. If you love hugs (but not too warm) then you need this mattress in your life!

It holds its shape for me and my spouse I’m no longer rolling to the middle when sleeping! He has back problems and this mattress is greatly helping reduce the back pain he suffers from! It provide excellent support and good sleep. I would say this is a medium-firmness, and I really want to get the king size, too!

You can tell, on the first couple finches, that the material is memory foam-like. For back pain, you need a firm bed that maintains your back line. This bed was fantastic for that. A nice combination of comfortable and firm. Very easy to unpack and place on bed.

It's I love the high quality material it's is made from. I am surprised how thick it is. I thought by the way it was packed it wouldn't be that thick, boy I was surprised! I love this mattress. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start with how soft and comfortable this mattress is. It comes rolled and vacuumed sealed so it's very compact. But it is heavy. About 90 pounds. Once unboxed and released, it is truly a 12 inch mattress. It fits deep pocket sheets perfectly. You will need a platform base or purchase a box spring. I was aware of this from the beginning but wanted to point it out to others. My best description for this mattress is that it hugs you. It's not the softness that swallows you and it's hard to get up from. And it's not hurt your back and a restless night firm. Member's Mark has made an awesome mattress that can and will compete with other brands.
