Worst mattress I've ever had. I bought a firm and it has almost no support. I'm about 175 lb 5'11”. Previously I've had 13 inch zinus eurotop hybrid which was super supportive for about 5 years I've slept on better mattresss at youth hostels.

we had just moved to our new apartment and needed a bed that was cool and didn't feel hot. it has been a game changer. to those that worry about firmness, go for the medium or firm it will soften up over time.

As good as the big name brands. If you look at the specifications, it is very similar so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered the Ultra Plush model and it is super comfortable. It still gives you support, but so luxurious!

There shouldnt be any bad reviews for this mattress..it does just what its supposed to Right out of the box instantly more than 12 inches on every side...and soft yet firm just right My daughter and I love it...perfect mattress at a good price

Mattress is very comfortable. Ordering on the app was easy. Delivery was fast. Setup was a breeze. Just take it out of the box,unwrap and you are done!

I waited years for a new mattress. This was BIG deal. We gave it 48 hours to expand & air out. It's been about 2 months & the odor won't go away. It's almost a mildewy smell. Awful.

Purchased a week ago and have had a sore back every morning i awoke. It seems to have a pillow top layer on top of the memory foam making the mattress way too soft. Very disappointed. Hopefully i can return it with no problem.

The mattress did not expanded to 12 inch, only to 8. Otherwise the mattress was soft but maybe too soft for some with back issues. I sent it back and got a refund.

Item came in damaged. It also didn't fully expand, perhaps due to the damage. Return and refund process is also a nightmare, and Sam's expects you to take some of that burden of the process.

I bought this mattress in June of '21 and it's already sagging in the middle. Also, the fabric on the top is loose and bunching under the fitted sheet. 2 stars because I liked it when I first got it. Wish I had returned it.
