Mattress opened nicely, no bad smell, was gone by second day and opened perfectly to 12 inch!!!!! Very comfy!!!!

Horrible mattress unless you like to sink into a mattress pit. Buying a mattress in a box (without trying it out first) was a terrible idea.

Can’t get a comfortable position because the mattress is so hard. Not worth the money. Should have paid a little more for a name brand.

The description says Medium Firm, however this is the softest mattress that I have ever slept on. Not comfortable at all for me. How do I return it?

This mattress is soft but supportive. If you are looking for a firm mattress, this is not it. Don’t think I would buy again.

Bought the 12 inch full size. It's too soft for me, my back pain got worst! Don't like it all! But I am stuck with it can't return it, I don't have a truck to carry it.

Got for my guest bedroom. Only half fluffed up about 8 inches. Very soft, more like a topper than a mattress. Unfortunately I’m stuck with it because I have no way to return it. Total waste of money.

I bought this for my 23 year old (twin size). They have been having the best sleep since they started sleeping on it! Financially and logistically this purchase made sense and we are so happy with it!
