We purchased two lunch kits, one functions great but the other stopped closing properly and with lots of force I can close it but then it randomly pops open. Excellent customer support though!!

We have been a Bentgo customers for quite sometime, I’m not aware of better lunch and snack box option at an affordable price. Customer service is quick and efficient in case of any issues which is rare.

I like how when washing the tray in the dishwasher the back side of it does not hold a ton of water. They do a great job keeping the lunch cold. I do wish this style came with fun prints.

We love our chill boxes that keep our kids’ lunches fresh for several hours after they are packed. A small issue with one of the boxes was resolved right away by the customer service team. Thank you!

I bought this about a year ago and it has held up great. The one strap started to unravel, so I contacted customer service. They offered to replace it with no issue. Will definitely buy again.

Bought this product about. I love how it is chilled however it is impossible to close. I feel like I'm trying to close an overloaded suitcase. However great customer service that helped me today!

This lunchbox is perfect for a young child. It has nice, rounded corners and is easy to open. The tray comes out so it’s easy to wash (definite plus!) and you can stick it in the microwave too!

These backpacks are excellent and helpful to avoid having to send your child with multiple things to carry. The insulated lunch box area works well and even has a place for an ice pack. Excellent customer service as well.

Our toddler loves his lunch box! He doesn’t have to worry about opening anything at school and I don’t have to worry about fitting a lunch container and cool pack in one bag.

I bought several over the years. Grandkids use at daycare and now school and I use to go to work. I live the chill tray because on road trips the food stays cool.
