not worth the money

Started smoking after only 7 months. Wasn't worth it to ship to a certified dealer. SquareTrade refused to honor warranty because it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. Thought Panasonic was a decent brand. Guess I was wrong

Missing feature.

Tactile button control panel was the big selling point for us on this one, since my wife is blind, and we needed something accessible to her. It very simply doesn't have this feature. Control panel is entirely smooth, buttons can't be felt at all.

Bought this to fit in a microwave cabinet. Doesn't fit because of the power cord. It adds at least another inch to the depth. So only use it on the counter.

Love the reheat sensor

I bought this over a month ago. It works awesome. I love the reheat sensor. One button then press start and the food get heated up perfectly. No more guessing on a time.

GREAT, BUT NOT SO GREAT

I BOUGHT THIS A LITTLE LONGER THAN A YEAR. POWERFULL AND WORKED GREAT. I REALLY LOVED IT. UNTIL ALL OF A SUDDEN IT STARTED SOWING A H98 CODE, WICH MEANS IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE. TOO BAD

NOISY!

Okay. I bought this for my office at work and it works great. I like most of the features. However, be aware this is the noisiest microwave I have ever owned. By far! I wouldn't recommend it on that factor alone.

dead after 1 year of usage!!!!

We bought this in Dec 2018. Just past 1 year.. and it is not working! call in customer service,, they said they cannot help as warranty is 1 year! Quality on this product is VERY BAD.
