We bought this in Dec 2018. Just past 1 year.. and it is not working! call in customer service,, they said they cannot help as warranty is 1 year! Quality on this product is VERY BAD.

Worked great until yesterday it didn't beep when it ended and I thought it was weird. Now I tried it and it's an H98 error. Google told me it's a faulty inverter. Time for it get exchanged.

Started smoking after only 7 months. Wasn't worth it to ship to a certified dealer. SquareTrade refused to honor warranty because it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. Thought Panasonic was a decent brand. Guess I was wrong

I bought this over a month ago. It works awesome. I love the reheat sensor. One button then press start and the food get heated up perfectly. No more guessing on a time.

Previous microwave was 11 years old before we decided to update it for better technology better energy usage. This one lasted 2 years. Better technology but not a better appliance.

Loved my microwave, it was a housewarming gift from my sister. I went to heat vinegar in it for cleaning and a sensor blew. Will turn on for 4 seconds only! $200 appliances should last more than 3 years!

Okay. I bought this for my office at work and it works great. I like most of the features. However, be aware this is the noisiest microwave I have ever owned. By far! I wouldn't recommend it on that factor alone.
