For this, fill a microwave safe measuring cup with 8 oz. of cold water, then place the cup in the microwave. Make sure the oven door is completely closed securely and press the [Quick Min] or [Quick 30] button. After this, press the start button. If the microwave does not start cooking, it's likely another program is already entered into the oven; press [Stop/Reset] to cancel the previous program and enter a new program according to the operating instructions for your model. If the water is still cold, check if the microwave is in Demo mode. If you are still experiencing issues with the product, we recommend that you contact our tech support team via chat at shop.panasonic.com/contactus Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm EST for assistance. -C
