[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had all good experiences with this product. It dispenses a good amount of soap so I don't have to get 3 or 4 for a single hand wash. It's not very noisy either like some I've used. It mounts pretty easily with so anyone can do it.

I also like the bigger size because then it doesn't need to be refilled as often. The best part, however, is the hands free system. I always thought that if you are touching the dispenser with dirty hands that the dispenser is always going to be dirty, even if it is cleaned periodically. This dispenser solves that problem.

They are easy to install and the soap fits just right where it belongs. I like that it is no touch. I have not had any complaints about this dispenser at all. I really like it!

Having something that is touchless really decreases the area of contamination that you come into contact, especially for high traffic areas like a soap dispenser or a water faucet. The dispenser itself was very intuitive to set up and was pretty responsive to touch. I thought it was a pretty standard touchless soap dispenser. I enjoyed the product though.

Pick a different dispenser maybe not from sams club! The refills are never in stock and its been like this for years. If you sign up to be notified when it is in stock, they will email you and it won't actually be in stock when they say it is. I have been waiting for months be able to purchase refills for my business and have not been able to- i guess they want me to buy a new dispenser from them which i will not be doing. No other refills work with their dispenser.

These are a pile of garbage. I broke both of the dispensers I ordered installing them. The cheap plastic snaps and makes them unusable.
