Tired of soap disappearing in addition to constantly having to refill containers due to overuse of amounts. This dispenser is large and similar to most restaurant/public stores restrooms. I have bought the dainty ones and they did not hold up in quality; so, for the cost of the dispenser and refills I figured I had nothing to lose. Love it!!!

Built pretty well, perfect for our restrooms at our small business. Bought 4 and all work perfect, fast motion response and holds a large amount of soap. Batteries last a long time.

Too sensitive . The sensor is in the wrong spot because soap comes out with every maneuver. It shouldn’t be on the bottom side. I really liked the price is why I gave it a 3.

Great unit, works well for our office, but now we can't get refills, they are out of stock. Contacted GP and this model can only use one specific refill.

Bought this one to replace the one I purchased last year. I hope this one last longer!

I purchased 40 of these dispensers and 80 refills in 2021. They work fine, are a good value. I have no complaints. HOWEVER, after purchasing two more dispensers in Dec 2022, the refills for these are showing as being "OUT OF STOCK." (Marathon Gentle Foam Hand Soap Refill, 1,000 ml Item # 980159746) Is Sam's Club going to stop selling the refills, now that I have installed these dispensers in 40 restrooms?? I'm going to need another 80 refills soon! Sam's Club - don't let me down!! Can I get more refills ??

The foamy soap dispenser is essential. When it works it's great. But it can be a bit flaky. Out of 8 purchases I've had trouble with three. In this purchase I have one that is flaky. Sometimes you put your hand out and it keeps delivering foam squirts even though the hand is not nearby. Then it start's with error indicators. The battery voltage is good. Change the batteries and it works for a week then starts getting flaky. Sending the unit back for a replacement.

I purchased this together with several soap refills. After few months it quit working. I thought it's just the battery low but even new batteries won't work anymore. What I'm gonna do with this refills which the dispenser doesn't work anymore! Hope I can replace the dispenser itself.

Bought for small shop bathroom. Ordered online, arrived via shipping, box looked good, unopened. This is a Sam's only dispenser, with a Sam's only soap refill. I installed it easily enough at the end of the work day after the soap (which has to be purchased separately) finally arrived via shipping in a damaged box. Everything for the dispenser was clearly wrapped in original wrappers, and I had to peel plastic and paper off, so it wasn't used, and had batteries in it ready to go. I thought everything was good and left thinking this would be a good investment for our small business. Came in to work the next day to find that the automatic dispenser spit out all of the soap over night onto the floor below it. The soap container was shriveled up, and still holding a vacuum, but was all but empty. I filed for a refund of the soap and dispenser.

I’ve got both the Manual and automatic dispensers. The manual one is bulletproof, the automatic is slow..replaced batteries, still slow..
