On Normal dry cycle with a medium size load, jeans do dry completely with the preset dry cycle. Doesn’t seem to sense that they’re still moist and run a bit longer. Second issue is that I can’t connect to the SmartThings app. Nowhere does Samsung have clear instructions and/or troubleshooting steps.

It looks fantastic with its modern design and matches perfectly with the washer for a clean, coordinated look in my laundry room. Performance-wise, it's outstanding. Clothes come out completely dry without being overheated or damaged, even bulky items like comforters and towels. The drying cycles are quick and efficient, and I appreciate the sensor dry feature – it adjusts the drying time based on moisture levels, which helps save energy and protects fabrics. The control panel is user-friendly with plenty of cycle options, including wrinkle prevent and steam refresh, which is a game-changer for busy days. It runs quietly and doesn't shake or vibrate like older models I’ve owned. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how I can wash bigger load at a time with ease. I can wash loads of dirty clothes with with the capacity size of my new Samsung washer. This machine is so quite that it won't wake up my family and next door neighbors. Having a front-end washer makes loading and unloading a breeze. Having the ability to control the washer through my phone is awesome, saves me so much time on checking to see if its done with the cycle. I haven't used the steam feature just yet but I'm guessing it will save loads of time getting rid of wrinkles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 7.5 cu. ft. Smart Electric Dryer Great dryer with fast, even drying and plenty of capacity. The smart features are helpful, and cycles run quietly. Only small downside is that the app can lag occasionally, but overall it's been a strong upgrade.

Sam's Club uses third-party delivery and installation, yet advertises haul-away and installation as if it's handled properly. My Samsung dryer was delivered without a power cord AND without the required tension/strain relief clamp, making the dryer completely unusable the moment it arrived. Instead of fixing the problem they created, Sam's Club told me to file a service call with Samsung for an issue caused by their delivery/installation process, not a manufacturer defect. It has now been two weeks, and I'm still waiting because parts are “out of stock” and I'm waiting for a service call back. Meanwhile, I paid for a brand-new appliance that I cannot use at all. This is unacceptable. If you advertise installation, the appliance should be delivered ready to be safely connected and used. Passing the problem off to Samsung shows a complete lack of accountability. I will never purchase a large appliance from Sam's Club again, and I strongly advise others to think twice unless they want delays, finger-pointing, and a useless appliance sitting in their home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer dries my full load a lot quicker than my 20 year old dryer. I do need to set the dryness level at the highest setting in order for the clothes to be fully dry for the most part. However, there are still instances where the clothes still come out damp even at this highest setting. I would then need to put the clothes back in and use the timed dry function.

This makes my drying of cloths not only easier, but also enjoyable. It also plays some nice smoothing bells at the end of the cycle. Thanks to the unbelievable technology.

Overall, a nice dryer. Nice capacity seems to dry items well. Getting the dryer delivered was the worst thing I've ever had to deal to deal with. Will think twice before buying a large item from Sam's again... I've never had issues like this with other retailers.
