Great Savings

Not only did I get an amazing deal but I also ended up saving way more than I thought I was. The appliance helped me save a lot on my utility bill in water and electricity. I also really love how quiet the product is compared to mY old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer (along with the matching washer) about a month ago, and I am in love! I have all Samsung products, and I love that it connects to SmartThings and tells my ADHD self that the cycle is done! Now my clothes do not sit in the washer because of my brain being distracted by a squirrel! I love that the unit is more quiet than others I have had in the past, the design is sleek and beautiful, and my dirty EMS uniform comes out clean and ready for my next rodeo on the ambulance.
Ok but not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The technology is great. Love that I get a text when my clothes are dry but on blankets they just get balled up and don't dry fully. Then when you try to dry them again it shuts off because it thinks they are dry even though they are still damp.

Love my Dryer!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the washer/ dryer set in champagne. The are beautiful in design seem more compact which I love, yet have a large capacity. There is a light in the dryer which is great especially when trying to find those missing socks. Impressed how quickly clothes dry. Love the wifi which alerts you when dryer is over - didn't think it was a feature I use but my entire family loves it and you k ow when others are using washer/ dryer. There is a steam feature which I haven't used yet. Need to read up on it and see how/ when to use. This is a gas dryer. No one loves to do laundry but with such a beautiful set it's hard no to. I highly recommend. Plus they are stacked and the dont move at all when in use.
This machine is not an Energy Star Machine. Alert!
I purchased this machine in March of this year and had it delivered in April. In hearing more about the possibility of tax credits and/or rebates, I am sadly learning that this machine does not have the Energy Star label. It has a sensor that allows the machine to be turned off early if clothes are dry, allows the machine to be started or stopped with phone/WiFi capabilitiy etc. but doesn't quality for Energy Star Status??? I ordered on line and just assumed with all the demand for saving energy, that this machine does not have the lable. I have talked to techs in Samsung who don't even know what "Energy Star" ratings mean for the customer. I would like to be given a specific reason why this machine does not qualify? Was it overlooked or is there a specific reason why it does not qualify. I went round and round with several associates and got no satisfaction. I am pleased with what seems like "efficiency" but surely am disappointed that credits are not available. Would someone who knows a reason why this machine does not qualify get back to me?

Love the connected Dryer!
We bought this to replace a 8 year old Samsung dryer. At first I laughed. A wireless connected dryer.. Why would I need that? Im not laughing anymore. It's not amazing. but darn if it isnt helpful. How much time is left? Check the app. Do I need to rush to get things out, check the app. Extend time, sure thing. All very cool Its the little things that set a dryer apart. Realistically, a dryer is a dryer.

After using the dryer that came with the house the last 5 years we felt it was time to upgrade, unfortunately all it lead to was a washer full of wet clothing and a dryer that no longer worked. After struggling to find the warranty info and scheduling the repair, we will see how long it works.

Wouldn't recommend
I purchased as a set. Due to difficulties in delivery the washer and dryer were set up after the 90-day warranty covered with Sam's. When it was finally up and running it made a grinding noise. Sam's club told me I would have to go through Samsung warranty process. There is frame damage to the dryer and Sam's will not do anything for it. Samsung will not warranty "frame damage". Giant paperweight.

Super quiet and sleek!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Saved a lot of money on my electric bill. I really love the feature where it notifies my phone so I don't forget my laundry in there overnight. It is also so quiet, I can hardly hear it when its operating. You can also change the door position to open the other way. Definitely a great purchase.
Repeat buyer

This set looks great in my space and is so efficient and easy to use. I appreciate that Samsung has kept the newer machines compatible with the old pedestals as well.
